Enjoy your stay at this well appointed luxurious new home located less than 1 minutes from the Greensboro Coliseum Complex and 5 minutes from downtown Greensboro. This home provides a luxury space to relax before or after your next entertainment or sporting event.

The cheerful décor in the common areas provide an energetic space to get ready for your event or night out at some of Greensboro’s favorite local bars and restaurants
The space
This is a new home and newly furnished from top to bottom (more to come)! Fresh and ready to sleep 6 with (2) Queen beds and (1) King bed. Premium linens and towels provides for restful and relaxing stay.

Start your morning with coffee from the in-house coffee bar. Enjoy your favorite streaming programs on the 75 inch smart TV.

Need to work or study? A dedicated space with high speed WIFI is available to keep you connected.

Completely perfect!!

Everything was perfect - the beds are comfortable, the decor and furnishings are modern, clean, and comfortable. I cannot recommend staying here enough! If I need to stay overnight in the area, I absolutely will rebook.

Beautiful little house

I stayed here because I was going to a Hatebreed concert at Piedmont Hall, which is three minutes down the street. I was blown away how nice the little greenhouse was especially the set up on the inside. All I really wanted to do was sit in the living room, drink coffee, and listen to chill music. Carrie's communication was perfect when I had a few questions about how to get in the house and some of the questions I needed A+ plus! I recommend anybody to stay here no problem Brad Thank you

Highly recommend!

We are so pleased to have found this little gem! This is a new house with all sorts of amenities that really need to be mentioned in the listing: fully stocked with shampoo, conditioner, dish and dishwasher soap, hair dryer, iron, and about every convenience you might want. There is a Keurig coffee maker fully stocked with a variety of pods and bottled water in the refrigerator for us. There is one Master bedroom with king size bed and en suite full bath with tub/shower combo. On the other side of the house, there are two bedrooms with queen beds and a full bath between, also a tub/shower combo. All seating and beds are very comfortable. Outside, there is a patio with very comfortable furniture, numerous chairs, a table to seat at least 6, and a charcoal grill. We were visiting for our granddaughter’s graduation at Greensboro Coliseum, maybe one mile away! In addition, it was very convenient to have a Food Lion and CVS just down the street; we walked. Our hosts were extremely helpful and responded immediately to my inquiries. We thoroughly enjoyed this experience and look forward to staying again for the next graduation (maybe next year at this time!)
