Steps to Restaurants, Shops, Events & ALL that Downtown offers. This unique condo has High ceilings, a cool mural of downtown, a breakfast nook looking out onto the action, king bed, full bathroom, kitchen & comfy den. Truly unparalleled to other accommodations, this condo is the epitome of staying downtown! with this being such a fantastic location right in the heart of our fabulous and bustling downtown, there is potential for noise. sound machines and ear plugs are provided. everything is located on the same ground level and the ladder is for the cleaners and owners to access storage in the cabinets above.

This is a great option to be in the heart of downtown Greenville. Truly in the middle of everything! The unit was as described and pictured. The bed was very comfortable! You will want to follow the instructions on cutting down road noise, but the sound machine and shut hallway door was just fine. Only for awareness, the included hair dryer is tiny!

Weekend Wedding Stay!
The property is goregous and the location cannot be beat! Tons of amazing restaurants and shopping available day and night. Street parking was easy right outside the property and there is a garage right across the street for extended parking. Check in was so easy and the property manager was super responsive! Overall amazing stay. Would easily recommend to friends/family and will be back for another great stay!

Excellent overnight stay!
I recently attended a show in town with a friend, and needed a nearby stay for just the night. Although only a night was needed, comfort and appearance (has to be cute!) were top priorities. This rental checked everything off my list and more! It was close to the venue, close to local spots we intended to visit the next morning (closer than expected even), and cute & cozy to boot! Communication with our host was easy peasy and they were very kind. Not only would I recommend this stay to anyone looking for something close to downtown while having comforts of home and still feeling like a vacay, I would stay here time and time again!

What a great place! We came for my hubby’s birthday and the location was awesome, it is close to everything. It is a little loud based on the busy street but the host has given great suggestions to help with that. We would definitely recommend!

Perfect Location
We had a great stay at this condo. It’s in a perfect location to enjoy Greenville. The city blocked off the next block both nights we were there for live music. The condo is close enough to walk for coffee in the morning and drinks in the evening. It felt very safe. The location is on a pretty busy road and as stated in the listing, it can be quite noisy. But the hosts have done everything to keep the noise at bay with a door to the hall, ear plugs and a white noise machine. We didn’t have any major issues with the noise other than from the business next door on our first night. We had a great time and would definitely visit again!
