The area is unsafe a crack house as far as i'm concerned. I should have know when the lobby was locked and you had to check in through bullet proof glass . Room TV did not work, cockroaches ...No Bath towels and rust in bathroom. Very dirty room!!

I booked through here when we was staying in Greenville, go to check in and they said they haven’t had anybody leave and they didn’t have any rooms available. So I had to rush and try to find another motel at last minute when I was supposed to be enjoying my time out.

I am so sorry to hear your stay was not up to expectation. Upon moving rooms and installing a bar in the shower due to your disability. I was under the impression you were good with your room. Your rate was our special we offer to all guest and your tax exempt after 90 days again so sorry for your stay.

Hello, I am very sorry regarding. Your check in experience We run our audit at 4:00 am any reservations that are not checked in before that time it cancels your reservation as a no show. Your reservation would oh had to be made for the 21St. booking should have no problem giving a refund.

Unsanitary, Roach Infested, Unsafe
I checked in to this hotel only to check out minutes later after seeing the condition of the property. Upon turning on the light in the room, roaches scattered. The room was in terrible condition and the amount of people fighting / loitering outside the rooms and in the parking lot made me feel unsafe.

Bad night!!
Place was bad. Holes in the walls everywhere, the bathroom sink leaked bad, microwave was disgusting, for didn't stay shut unless deadbolt, security lock was broke, dirty towels on the floor. Lost goes on and on

Scheduled to stay for a week, however I was in and out in only 5 minutes. Never have I ever felt scared to walk around, sit, or even lay my bags down and I live far from a luxurious lifestyle. This place was extremely dirty, which I wasn’t a big deal at the time because I was so tired, then I saw multiple bugs, after that I left. Plus I waited hours to get in because the time for check in on the app I reserved it at is different from the time for check in at the actual place.

Not as requested - got there early in day before rooms were ready and was told I would have a ground level room as soon as cleaning was completed. Went back 3 hours later and was told there was only 2nd floor rooms "but we have an elevator" which is not as requested. the worst was there bugs - I killed 6 to 8 in bathroom later in the night. the hall ways are wet and dirty with trash littering the area. worst I have stayed in in over 50 years .

Didn’t even stay. Grabbed our stuff and left immediately after the show we were seeing in town. Bugs. Burn holes in the sheets. The women at the check-in was nice enough, but this place is a mess. No fire alarm. Holes all over the walls. Ooph

Not clean Not quiet
We got there and the girl working the desk told us we couldnt check in early, so we waited until 3. The same girl was still on duty and said we couldnt check in until the person relieving her arrived. She played on her phone and acted like she couldnt be bothered. I went back in at 3:30, and the person relieving her hadn't arrived. She played on her phone for 20 more minutes, and them huffily checked us in. We had asked for a 1st floor non smoking room. We were given a 2nd floor smoking room. The stench was awful. The room was dirty, but we were so tired we tried to stick it out. The remote didnt work, the place was a pig sty. We attempted to make the best of it, but people were shouting and screaming all night. We started to drift off to sleep around 7, only to be awakened by a worker opening our door (the saftey latch was broken) and claimed we were squatting since she had no one listed on the chart for our room. We gathered our things and checked out. We were supposed to stay 2 nights. We couldn't take it after the night we'd had. The lady that was working that morning refunded our 2nd night. If you are looking for clean and quiet, this is NOT the place for you! I have photos of our room, but the app won't let me upload them.
