Parking was self parking, had to continue looking for parking spots. It was complimentary parking, that was good. Your website stated Buffet Restaurant, not true. We were told it closed in 2020 and your website needed to reflect that. That was disappointing Because breakfast had only one platter ...

The staff were great, but there are areas that are concerning. People coming in and out eating and sleeping on the sofas in the lobby in the morning. For paying guest this is not what they want to see when they come to eat breakfast.

The 'Serene' Retreat has everything you need. You will feel like this is HOME!
