Greenwich Point Park

I didn't stay long, just 2 nights. During check-in, the desk clerk did not inform me of the continental breakfast offered by the hotel. I just happened to hear the other desk clerk mention it. The room where the breakfast was held was freezing! Hard to sit and enjoy one's meal when you're freezing to death. And the breakfast offerings were - blah. The lady who worked in this section, however, was very sweet, so nice. The hotel supposedly has a Quiet Time policy from 10 pm to 8 am, but it is not enforced. The people in the room next to me arrived later in evening and screamed, fought, and carried on until 1am. Not much sleep for me. The next night, it was the same thing from the room across the way. When I returned home, I saw that I was charged an additional $10 for some reason that was not explained. Oh, and I had to call down to the front desk for extra toilet paper since the used roll was not replaced. But my room was clean and the staff were okay.
