Beautiful traditional 1 and 1/2 bath full round log cabin on one acre on the scenic Wonderland Road with conventional floor plan: downstairs bedroom with queen Tempur-Pedic bed, upstairs loft with one queen and one twin Tempur-Pedic bed, and two new downstairs full futons. Instant hot water heater, stacking washer/dryer, woodburning fireplace, solid ashwood flooring, ski and snowboard racks, back deck gas grill, front 34 x 7' foot deck looking out over National Forest. Many coat hooks for storage of gear. Gas stove and oven, disposal, new small appliances and kitchen tools. 12 miles to Sunrise Ski Area, 1/2 mile to Little Colorado river, 1.1 miles to River Reservoir South parking area, 3 miles to Tunnel and Bunch reservoirs, 6.5 miles (28 min) to Lee Valley reservoir, 35 min to Big Lake, 1 mile to Molly Butler Lodge. Never contacted by anyone; got into town on her day off. Several things were missing in the master bath; not enough towels, no hand or bath soap. Otherwise it’s a fantastic property.

Our stay was wonderful. It is in a perfect location. It was quiet day and night amidst the surrounding forest. We especially enjoyed the front porch rocking chairs and swinging benches. A few of the days were warm, so without A/C, the upstairs loft was uncomfortably hot around bedtime. However, a great alternative was to transform the downstairs futon couches into beds, which was much more comfortable temperature wise. The TV and internet worked great and we enjoyed some home-cooked meals in the nice kitchen. The clothes washer and dryer also worked very well. We were so glad that our dog could join us too. Thank you for the wonderful memories!

5 Days in Relaxeau

We spent 5 days here and enjoyed everyone of them. The cabin had everything we needed and is in a great location, it's not in the middle of all going on, but you are very quick to be there. Really enjoyed our stay at this cabin, and will definitely stay again.

This cabin was like a dream. It is everything you would expect a rustic cabin to be. Beautiful fireplace, gorgeous deck, and every amenity. I felt lucky to find it.

Beautiful and well equipped cabin. Enjoyed drinking coffee on the large front porch. Lots of wildlife and hummingbirds. Staff was very welcoming. Will definitely be back.

Great place, so Cozy

Me and the kids had a wonderful time at the cabin. Cozy and warm, taught my kids how to make a fire. We did our first snowboard lesson which was only minutes away. Definitely coming back!!

The description wasn’t clear that both bathrooms were down stairs. Upstairs family members were having to go back and forth… all 4 of us are over 60! Otherwise we had a nice stay.

Wonderful location with all comforts of home

I enjoyed having all amenities of home to include washer and dryer. I'd suggest to bring your own clothes soap and if you enjoy cooking, bring spices and cooking oil/spray. I also brought my own coffee. It does get cold in the cabin but we just wore an extra layer while we were there. I'll definitely stay here again, it was perfect and very relaxing.

A Romantic Getaway!!!!

This cabin is awesome! My husband and I could not get over how beautifully this cabin has been constructed. The management company does a good job keeping it clean, too! The location is amazing.....you have a forest out every window which makes you feel like you're remote, but the town of Greer is only 3 minutes away! You can hear elk at sundown and sunrise....so cool. Deer walk through the backyard! Kitchen is stocked well, master bed is very comfy, TV is great, grill is clean....what more do you need? It was a perfect place to celebrate our 35th Anniversary!!

Preview for Christmas stay consideration

Quick trip to see if this property is suitable for us over the Christmas Holiday. Sheets had stains on them. We didn’t get any dish or bath wash clothes. The trash liners were too small. We didn’t know how to control the heater. No directions for the big unit. We used the registers the most. Overall attention to detail lacking. That said, it is so cute and loved. The appliances, TV, Bose speaker, WiFi, bed comfort, the porch, dishes, pots pans. swings, fireplace, privacy all very very nice. Thank you for your kindness in allowing guest.

Cozy cabin

My family and I enjoyed most of our stay at this cozy rustic cabin. We enjoyed having space for the kids to play outside. There were plenty of linens, pillows, and kitchen/ cookware. We appreciate the on-demand water heater. The staff knew we were arriving close to office closing time. So, they made checking in very convenient for us. Someone was kind enough to come plow the road and driveway for us, so we didn't have to shovel.I hate to share cons, but these may help future guests:* No dishwasher. Bring your own drying rack because the one under the sink is rusty and dirty.* No one is available to answer your evening messages til the next day when they get to the office. * Be sure to bring wood in case the electricity goes out during a snow storm like it did for us. There is no generator.* Bring flashlights and lanterns. We were in the dark one night. There were no emergency light sources in the cabin.* The thermostat is controlled remotely and is all over the place. The highs during our stay were in the 30s, but the thermostat randomly changed from 63-78 throughout our stay. We were either cold or having to step outside to cool off. It made sleep very difficult.* Bring your own paper towels, toilet paper, and dish soap. There are some provided but they are extremely poor quality.* Bring mattress toppers if you don't want an extremely firm bed. The twin has the best mattress in the cabin. I was more comfortable on the futons in the living room than the queen/ full.
