I’m highly upset that i booked this property for the soul purpose of a Ada accessible pool and the chair lift was not working, wasnt informed of this when we booked an Ada accessible pool and was even told the pool would be accessible. i had to have a complete stranger help me out of the pool. That was extremely embarrassing but i am forever greatful to him. Will not be visiting again due to this embarrassing situation.

I have never had less than a great stay st any Holiday Inn Express! The HIE in Greer (Dry Pocket Road) is no exception. In fact the staff are some of the friendliest I have met. Morella went out of her way to say Hello at breakfast and provided great information about the area. Mario, who drove me to the airport, and I had a great and comical ride to GSP - both are exemplary staff and stand out in today's customer service environment!

Many things advertised are not available. We were told to call directly to get rooms next to each other. I called on 2 separate occasion to ask and was told it would be done on arrival. When we arrived we were told it was not possible. We were told to call an ask for early check. We called when we made the reservation they told us to call back the day before. We call the day before and we’re told to call on the day of the reservation. The day of the reservation we were told flat out that no one was allowed to check in early. We asked for a late check out and we’re told no on that also. The hotel was full of youth soccer players and we were given the first room on the first floor across from the elevator. The lobby was was full of people visiting and was loud and dirty. Kids running everywhere unsupervised. Starting around 7:00 the elevator dinged constantly and we gave up trying to sleep. Breakfast area was full of soccer players and their families. All hot food was gone, but the kitchen staff was very kind and apologetic, explaining there was more food being prepared. We will not stay here again, in fact pretty much done with Holiday Inn. The last Holiday Inn we stayed at was also full of rowdy kids sports teams and we endured the fire alarm going off for45 minutes at 3:00 AM.

This was a disappointment. Old and run down but clean. Almost no staff, impossible to get to and even harder to leave because they were so understaffed the shuttle wasn’t running.

A decent hotel with good proximity to the airport. Discourteous late night gathering in the front of the hotel with loud talking, right in front of the room not managed by hotel personnel hugely distracted from sleep before an early flight. Lack of leadership and management. The manager should be reprimanded or fired.

Didn’t feel safe. When I we got to our rooms the doors were open. When we left our rooms the key cards didn’t work when we tried to get back in our rooms.
