◆ 14-day rentals or longer require an additional cleaning fee (Please inquire), and a $1,000 refundable security deposit is required on rentals for 21 days or more. This deposit is required and is fully refundable within (7) days of departure, provided the house rules listed are met. (With approval from the owner)
