The perfect mountain cabin! Located off the main road, nestled in the pines, very secluded and only 200 yards from the Little Colorado River. Sargent's Hideaway offers you a full kitchen, rock fireplace, Satellite Television and DVD. Enjoy your meal on the deck or indoors. This delightful cabin offers you two (2) Queen beds and one (1) Queen Hide-A-Bed. Retire in comfort on our western style queen beds atop our top-of-the-line mattresses. Of course, linens are included. Sargent's Hideaway offers you the opportunity to enjoy it all! Bring your clothes and food and you'll be ready to enjoy Greer in style! Amenities include: Full Kitchen with: Microwave Oven, Crock Pot, Blender, Coffee Maker, Espresso Maker, Toaster, Mixer, Waffle Iron, Dinnerware, Stainless Steel Cookware, & Full Size Kitchen appliances including Dishwasher. Great cabin, love Greer but it wasn’t secluded like the title says or the pictures show. You can see 10 other cabins just by walking around the perimeter of the cabin. Overall the family had a great time and the cabin provided everything that we needed

Greer hideaway

Love the place close to trails and you still feel like you are in remote area. Home was very nice it has everything you need for a relaxing stay.

So this could easily be a 5 star cabin with some easy fixes. First the lady who gave me the keys was extremely sweet and professional however i dont think the cabin in its current state is worth the money the cabin was nice however the second you walk in the door theres a huge stain on the carpet cobwebs on the chandelier and i pile of dead bugs in the skylight there was also no fire wood even though theres a picture of a huge stack by the front porch there were also no spices or condiments there is 1 burner on the stove that does not work and the BBQ utensils where completely melted and left by the grill the cabin is also not secluded or hidden there are other cabins around and i would recommend that if you spend time on the front porch to bring your own chairs you will see deer just kinda hanging out by the cabin throughout the day so once again these are minor things that add up and with these being easily fixed it could be a 5 star instead of a 3 star also they have wifi but it is terrible i dont hold that against them because you are pretty much in the middle of no where and it was great to just set the electronics down and enjoy the nature speaking of if you like to hike the government trail was a little rough but definitely worth the hike

We enjoyed our stay here tremendously. We enjoyed the location and the deer that came through. The cabin was cozy and welcoming we would definitely love to come back and stay again. The hammock in the trees was a favorite spot!

Great place!

I took my wife to this cabin for a weekend getaway to escape our hectic lives. We had a great time. The cabin was perfect for what we were looking for. We would definitely book this cabin again.

House was clean and well maintained but it is very falsely advertised as secluded. All the pictures provided in the post are taken at the perfect angles to hide the houses around it. Also the picture of the stacks of firewood is very misleading cause we were provided with 5 logs and anything after that we had to pay for. If you’re specifically looking for a secluded getaway like we were, this is not it!

Wonderful

We loved our stay in this cabin. They were very quick to answer when we mistakenly locked ourselves out. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes and utensils but lacked spices outside of salt and pepper. We loved using the fireplace while it snowed.

Cabin was clean comfortable and cozy. secluded it was not. Love the area and the ambiance but if secluded is what you desire then look past this one. Everything else was wonderful and we give it 4 stars overall

Nice get a way cabin

We have stayed in this cabin twice now. This time I had to clean the front porch, it was covered in dust. The Grill was also covered in dust. The fireplace was all dusty! All in all we had a great time!

Hideaway cabin

We enjoyed our stay. The cabin was very clean and nice. They had an old espresso maker that we took full advantage of and now have one on the way to our own house! Nice place in a quiet area. Secluded is probably relative but there is a little elbow room compared to other properties in the area.

Nice cabin and location

Cabin was great, location was great, we enjoyed our stay. Communication and assistance was also great. Only complaint would be the cleanliness. Overall it was ok, but could use a detailed cleaning and carpet cleaning to freshen it up. We would stay here again, and use this property manager again.

We enjoyed our stay and everything was as advertised. We especially liked the outside property amenities like: horseshoes pits, swinging love seat, hammock, and the wonderfully appointed porch. Cozy and clean cabin at end of town

The cabin was very clean and the perfect size for our family of four. It had everything we needed for our stay; plenty of blankets, towels, linens and the kitchen was well stocked, including grilling tools for the outdoor gas grill. The porch has seating to relax and while it's not totally secluded in the woods, it is several hundred yards from any neighbors (who we never heard). And we were close enough to walk down to the Little Colorado.

We had a blast here! The cabin is quiet and cozy. Good atmosphere. The staff for check in was super nice and helpful. The only thing I would change is the refrigerator doesn’t get very cold so we had to put our meat in the freezer. Also, the grill had lots of built up Grease and needed to be cleaned badly. Not knowing this, We tried to grill burgers, and started a grease fire so that was exiting but everyone lived. Would definitely come back though

Needs some fixing before renting out again.

The only thing wrong was the sofa sleeper in the cabin was broke and could not be used so 2 slept on the floor. I talked to the girl at the desk the very next morning and she told me they were aware of it and was working on it?I even paid an extra $150 because we had 6 instead of 4 people. Ad shows sleeps up to 6 people but when i inquired I was told that the price was for only 4 people. Other than this we had a great time. Such a beautiful place.
