Bellissima villa in un bellissimo contesto, stanza perfetta come tutto il resto. Dal balcone si vede il lago di Morat, disponibile non in questa stagione una bellissima piscina.

Pleasant stay at this property. Pool area is lovely and view of the lake close by was really nice. The room was spacious and well equipped, nicely thought through for children too, you can see the owners have put some effort into trying to be stylish with the decor. All in all we really enjoyed our short stay.

Ruhig und schön
Wir hatte nur eine Nacht gebucht. Der Check-in war einfach und schnell. Der Gastgebern ist sehr freundlich. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig. Leider hatte es sehr viele Moskitos. Die Dusche und die Einrichtung ist schön und man hat genug Privatsphäre.

POSITIV:
- Grosses Zimmer
- Grosser Aussenpool, sogar beheizt.
- Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig, man hört eine Vielzahl an Vogelarten zwitschern. Und im naheliegenden Wald gibt es seinen schön unterhaltenen Vita-Parcours.
NEGATIV (ENTGEGEN BEWERBUNG)
- Mehrsprachiges Personal: Nein. Nur Französisch.
- Strandnähe und Aussicht: Nein. Keine Aussicht auf den See
- Strandzugang: Nein. Gut 15min Spaziergang kann man zum See. Abbildung vom Steg und Strandhaus gibt es. Kein Zugang für Gäste und Geschlossen.
- Schallisolierte Zimmer: Nein. Schritte, WC etc von oben und Gang laut hörbar.
- Minibar ist leer, und dient als kleiner Kühlschrank.
- Kosmetikartikel: Seifengrossflaschen, die man mit Vormieter teilt
WEITERES NEGATIV AUFGEFALLEN
- Eingangsbereich wie eine Müllhalde; Reception unordentlich
- WIr mussten unseren Namen mehrfach nennen, und man wusste nicht was wir für einZimmer gebucht hatten. Nach Telefonaten und Hin und Her dann gabs einen Schlüssel. (Gästehaus hat nur 3 Zimmer!! Und doch fühlt man sich wie die letzte Nummer)
HYGIENE & ZUSTAND
- Muffiger Geruch im Zimmer, passend zur tatsächlichen Optik: Gemisch von modernem Barock, und in die Jahre gekommenem Edelbordell.
- Hygiene: Im Pool schleimiger FIlm darauf
- diverse Steckdosen und Lampen funktionieren nicht, diverse Einrichtungsgegenstände angeschlagen und schief. WC-Tür klemmt.
- Fernbedienung schmutzig (Covid-Schutzkonzept??)
Fazit: Hier sind keine Gastgeber am Werk.

Die Zimmer sind schön,Pool auch schön, leider hatten wir keine Teelöffel oder ähnliches zum Zucker im Kaffe o Tee rühren. Ansonsten schön ruhige Lage, tiptop!

Maison bien située, à seulement 5 min du centre ville de Morat. Chambre spacieuse et bien équipée. Malheureusement c'est très, très bruyant. Déjà la douche, qui coule en continue (fuite) et qui se trouve juste derrière le lit. Les bruits lorsque les autres occupants sont dans les toilettes.. et lorsqu'ils décident de parler jusqu'à 3h du matin. Enfin crier et rigoler. La porte de la chambre qui n'est qu'une simple porte intérieure, et qui laisse passer tous les bruits. Du coup dès 7h du matin, on entend même les gens descendre les escaliers et discuter devant la porte de la chambre qui donne sur la sortie du bâtiment. Séjour mitigé donc, et c'est dommage parce que l'endroit est sympa.

Pet dog on premises. My friend stepped on dog excrement when going to take a shower. Spent more than one hour trying to clean soles of his shoes . Not correctly advertised that only one bedroom has en suite bathroom.

Der anbieter ist sehr nett.
Das zimmer ist modern ausgestattet wie auf den Bildern zu sehen.
Zu den negativen punkten:
- es ist nicht sauber. es befindet sich an etlichen Punkten Staub. Es müsste einfach mal gesaugt werden.
Noch schlimmer War die Toilette in der ich Kotspuren hatte 2min nach Checkin. Absolut unverzeihlich.
-es ist hell. man bekommt das zimmer ich richtig dunkel nur gedimmt.
-es ist hellhörig. Wenn morgens ab 7 die Leute auf dem Flur stampfen wird man wach. für Frühaufsteher kein Problem natürlich...
-es besteht die Möglichkeit in das fremde Badezimmer nebenan zu schauen. Für schreckhafte vielleicht wuchtig zu wissen.
Für den preis der noch über dem eines hotels mit professioneller Reinigung liegt hätte ich mehr erwartet. Hier will sich jemand das eigene Haus finanzieren lassen.
Für mich keine Empfehlung.

Zimmer sind an sich OK. Die Terrasse mit Teilsicht auf den Murtensee ist auch schön. Das Haus und die Umgebung sind ungepflegt. Die Zimmer sind überteuert und ich werde das Gästehaus nicht weiter empfehlen.
