In Gressan, the holiday apartment 'Ciel Bleu - Brenva - Pila' offers an excellent view of the Alps. The 55 m² property consists of a living room with 2 sofa beds (one for one person and one for 2 people), a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 1 bedroom, and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 5 people. Additional amenities include Wifi, a TV, heating as well as a washing machine.

Enjoy the private outdoor area with a balcony, or take advantage of the shared garden.

Public transport links are located within walking distance. Pila Ski in the Sky ski lifts are a 5-minute drive away. In summer, the Pila bike park is also a 5-minute drive away.

2 parking spaces are available on the property, and a parking space is available in a garage.

One pet is allowed. Please don't let your pet get on the sofas and beds.
