  • On a hill old farm (so cool thick walls) with fantastic views over the Tuscan hills. Great part (150m2) of a Casa Colonica (farm). Luxury property with fantastic views of a medieval village. Swimming pool. 4 bedrooms, 2 baths, fireplace. Very family friendly, 2 baby beds and 2 highchairs. Spacious living room with open kitchen, fireplace and large private terrace. Flat screen with satellite and DVD player. Swimming pool with various (lie) beds and a couch. Villages nearby as Panzano and Greve Montefioralle with good supermarkets, fine restaurants and terraces. Market on Saturdays and Sundays. Also you can visit Florence and Siena (both 30 km). Hiking trails directly from home. In the summer you can use the large vegetable garden. Owners are occasionally present in the house upstairs (not rented). There is a private path from the apartment to the pool.

Stunning views and with a car we had easy drives to many Tuscan hillside villages and Firenze historical attractions. Easy access to grocery stores and markets. Comfy beds and a well equipped kitchen. Nice modern bathrooms. Beautiful pool!!! We had a wonderful experience at this villa.

We had a fabulous time at the property which is stunningly maintained and located in the picturesque Tuscan hills. It’s within a 45min drive of all major tourist towns including Siena, Florence and San Gimignano, and the local town of Greve in Chianti is equally lovely. We couldn’t fault the stay, thank you!

Very good stay in the middle of chianti

Traditional and magnificent house with a stunning view to the Tuscan landscapes! The house is well fursbished, beware the via romana to get there, drive slowly . We enjoyed our stay there and would definitly come back Thanks !

Amazing flat in a gorgeous location. Easy access to nearby towns and wineries. Breathtaking views all around, especially from the pool. The flat, pool area and garden were exceptionally clean and well taken care of, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Es gab für uns keinerlei negativ Punkte! Die Unterkunft ist einfach traumhaft gelegen mit einem super schönen Pool und toller Ausstattung im Haus. Es ist sehr sauber und sowohl die Küche, als auch alles drumherum so ausgestattet, dass man sich wie zuhause fühlen kann. Alles sehr großzügig und weitläufig und vor allem der Blick über die Toskana ist einfach unvergleichlich.Es fehlte uns an nichts und wir könnten eine super Zeit genießen - wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Nous avons passé une semaine dans cette magnifique propriété en plein cœur de la campagne toscane. La maison est pleine de charme et très bien équipée, la piscine est magnifique. Les extérieurs sont très bien entretenus et la vue de la terrasse est tout simplement à couper le souffle. Tessa est une hôtesse très réactive et arrangeante. Florence, Sienne et San Gimignano sont à moins d’une heure en voiture. Montefioralle est accessible à pieds si on aime les randonnées sportives… je recommande vivement cette formidable adresse !

Tuscany Villa - panzano

This villa was perfect for our stay. It is beautiful, super comfortable (we had 9 adults) and private yet only 10 min drive to a grocery store and cute restaurants. And a great location for day trips to Siena and local wineries. The hosts were easy to communicate with, and we loved our in home dinner prepared by Simona. I cannot recommend this place enough.

Tuscany at its Best

Quiet, serene and peaceful view of the valley. This house is as beautiful outside as it is inside. Many sitting areas and even a fresh garden to choose vegetables for a meal. Simona cooked us an awesome candle lit dinner outside. The food was delicious and looked magazine perfect. I already want to go back!

Beautiful!

We had a wonderful stay in the Lebon’s home. The house, the pool and the view are beautiful. The kitchen is very well equipped for cooking meals and there are also plenty of restaurants in the neighboring towns. There are lots of vineyards for wine tasting all around, many small towns to visit and the house is close enough for day visits to bigger cities such as Florence and Sienna. We wouldn’t hesitate to book again!
