You'll have the entire home to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.

The house for all seasons, occasions and ages.

Besides providing beds for 6 guests, we have 1 foldout bed and a cot if required. There is a super king bed downstairs that can be made into 2 single beds on request.
The grounds are spacious and private. Great for playing games, BBQ and evening drinks on the sun-drenched deck or in front of the outdoor fireplace.
Toys, bikes and sports equipment provided keep everyone happily entertained.
In inclement weather, there are plenty of options to keep everyone entertained inside - dvd's suitable for all ages, wifi, board games, books and popular toys for all ages. From Duplo to model trains.
With air-con in summer and log burner (wood supplied) and heat pumps in winter, as well as double glazing, you will be comfortable all year round.
The A-frame is just a five minute stroll from the gorgeous cafes, restaurants and designer clothes shops in the town and just around the corner from the supermarket. A ten minute walk will take you to the rail trail, which is a lovely walk/biking track for families. In the opposite direction, a few minutes’ drive or 15 minute walk to the swimming pool and family play park and a five minute drive from the river.

Lovely property, very well-kept and has everything you need. Very close to Greytown shops but also felt very secluded, so was wonderful for a weekend away, and great to be able to bring our dog as well.

Was a lovely place to stay - really enjoyed the afternoon on the deck. It was warm but the sun had moved around so we could sit in the shade comfortably. Lots of little touches around the house, and we spend a good few hours working through the “conversation cards” in the lounge. Totally recommend, would definitely look at book again if we were heading to Greytown in the future.

Wonderful holiday house

Lovely House With Character

Stayed here over a long weekend to attend a family celebration in district. The house is full of character, clean and tidy and close to shops, cafes etc. Would stay again if returning to Greytown.

Perfect spot for a winter get-away

Loved our stay at this spotlessly clean and welcoming home. It suited perfectly for our group of 3 retired couples with 3 separate double bedrooms and two bathrooms. Very well-equipped kitchen and super cosy with the woodburner on. We enjoyed the outdoor courtyard area and the close proximity to Greytown. The gin tasting at Greytown Distilling was a highlight - recommend the A frame house and the Distillery!

Working stay perfection

We were in Greytown for the week for work, and our choice in accommodation was perfect! We had the space we needed to work from home, while being super close to where we needed to be for meetings. It was great to have a fully functioning kitchen, and a lovely outdoor area to relax in when the sun came out. Would definitely stay here again.

Lovely easy home

Beautifully clean home with everything you could need for a short stay. Easy communication, very responsive host. We had our family of four plus in-laws, and the way the rooms were set up was perfect for two different sleeping and bathroom areas and common living spaces. Highly recommend.

Great place for kids

This is a very clean and comfortable place, with lots for kids to do inside or out, and walking distance from the shops and cafes. The cricket set and bikes were a highlight, and especially the tandem bike. We'd happily return.While pets are allowed with prior permission (we had a small dog with us), note the section is not fully fenced.
