Wonderful holidays in a unique and beautiful house

Martine´s house is amazingly built into the side of a hill. It has 4 floors and each floor has its own rooms, privacy is maintained between the different guests. The villa has incredible views of the Gulf Saint Tropez. The garden is really beautiful and exotic. The pool is the jewel of the house. We spent 2 magnificent weeks in Marines villa and we hope to return another time, the house deserves it!

Traumhafter Urlaub

Wir verbrachten mit unserer Familie (6 Personen) einen fabelhaften Urlaub in dieser wunderschönen Villa. Der Blick auf die Bucht und Saint-Tropez ist grandios. Die Villa ist hervorragend und besonders stilvoll eingerichtet. Jedes Zimmer ist ein Highlight bestückt mit Design Klassikern. Die Küche ist ebenfalls perfekt ausgestattet. Es fehlt an nichts was man für den Alltag benötigt. Der Kontakt zur Eigentümerin war jederzeit einwandfrei! Wir wurden herzlich von Sebastian in Empfang genommen und in das Haus eingewiesen. Wir werden in jedem Falle im nächsten Jahr wiederkommen! Es war ein Traumurlaub für unsere ganze Familie!

Toller Blick, gehobene Ausstattung, aber keine Oase.

Wir verbrachten drei Wochen im September 2021 in dem Haus in Grimaud, teils zu zweit, teils mit Familie von insgesamt 6 Personen und zwei Hunden (das Grundstück ist nicht "hundesicher"). Für französische Verhältnisse ist das Haus hervorragend ausgestattet, die Substanz überdurchschnittlich gut. Normalerweise zahlt man in Frankreich den "vue mer" und sitzt dann auf Plastikstühlen auf der Terrasse. Hier nicht, es ist für die möglichen acht oder mehr Personen alles vorhanden. Vernünftige Ausstattung, Gerätschaften, Möbel, funktionierende Klimaanlagen, alles da - wir haben nichts vermisst. Außer vielleicht bei der Ankunft eine Flasche Rosé im Kühlschrank - wäre (auch angesichts des Preisniveaus) eine nette Geste gewesen. Die Lage in der kleinen "gated community" ist gut, der Blick auf die Bucht von St. Tropez atemberaubend schön. Gärtner und Poolboy kümmern sich um die Außenanlagen. Nicht so schön ist, dass das riesige Grundstück an die Straße (D44) grenzt, die von Port Grimaud heraufkommt und nach Grimaud bzw. Le Plan de la Tour führen. Ist es nachts und am späteren Abend recht ruhig, kann es aber zum Berufsverkehr schon mal lauter werden - zumal unterhalb des Grundstücks eine Engstelle auf der D44 liegt, bei der gefühlt jeder dritte Wagen hupt, um den Gegenverkehr zu warnen. Dafür kann der Vermieter natürlich nichts, es stört aber die Ruhe vor Ort. Würden wir nochmal wiederkommen? Eher nicht.

Fabulous villa !

This villa is exquisite. The situation is like alone on top of a hill with St tropez golfe view as unique and exclusive show for us. As there are no other houseS between us and the sea it’s magical. Pool is superb, house is big with all equipments needed. Rooms are large and each of them independent from others. The unique construction with two bedroom on top floor and two others two stairs under up to swimming pool allow two families to be really Independant. It’s very quiet and calm. Excellent place. We will return for sure !

Very nice house with a beautiful view

The house was very well equipped and spacious. Great terrace with a beautiful view over the bay of St. Tropez. Magnificient and huge garden and nice large swimmingpool - perfect for Corona times.

Séjour inoubliable à refaire!

Nous avons passé un séjour inoubliable dans cette splendide villa à Grimaud. Localisée dans les collines mais même pas à 10 minutes de la mer en voiture. La vue sur la baie est magnifique et ce qui me reste c'est le calme! Nous avions notre fille de presque 2 ans et c'était le paradis pour elle aussi. La villa est plus que bien équipé également pour les plus petits. Sur place nous avons été agréablement reçu et la communication avec la propriétaire c'est très bien passé. Nous avons déjà booker pour l'année prochaine!

Luxe, calme et volupté

Je suis architecte et j'ai adoré la construction traditionelle de la maison mélée à une déco ultra contemporaine ! c'est tres chic. On a l'impression que la piscine plonge dans la mer. Et la nuit, les lumières des bâteaux scintillent sur le golfe de Saint Tropez, c'est magique !

Excellent séjour

Nous avons passé d'excellente vacance à Grimaud, la villa est très confortable, meublée avec goût et dispose d'assez d'espace pour que chacun se sente à l'aise. Elle offre également une magnifique vue sur le golfe de Saint-Tropez ! Aucun vis à vis, se qui rend cette demeure très calme et reposante. Magnifique villa

Nous avons loué cette villa la dernière semaine d'Août 2009. Maison sur une colline au calme, sans vis-à-vis. Très Belle vue dégagée sur le Golfe de St Tropez. La maison possède un très beau jardin paysager. Les espaces à vivre sont très grands, la décoration est contemporaine, très raffinée avec un niveau d'équipement et de confort exceptionnel pour une location. Nous avons passé une superbe semaine dans une villa de rêve !
