Low price, high performance
A bit far from the city center, but the hotel will provide the transportation card then you can take the bus by free. The mountain view is very nice and the room is clean and quite. Front desk staff are very helpful and kind. Having the breakfast with the view was very relex.

hello from grindelwald thanks for the friendly feedback. you can also reach our hotel on foot within 20 minutes from grindelwald train station ahe local bus stops direct infront of the hotel.

我超級喜歡房間裡的露台，雖然近雪山走出去露台很寒冷，但眼眼的美景你確實會被深深吸引震撼，忘了寒冷的感覺，不論早上還是晚上，能近距離對著雪山和風景，真的很棒的體驗，價錢也覺得值了。還有，在訂房前看到大多華人評論這酒店女主和員工對華人的態度眼神都不好，很mean，有點緊張但還是訂了，因為這區房間有露台的數量緊張，可是我們入住後都覺得各員工和女主都很友善，服務很好，態度很親切，還和我們聊天呢，所以我想要為此幫他們平反一下。而且，早餐也很好吃又選擇多，所以很推薦這酒店。不好的也就除了洗澡位小外，離火車站遠一點，需要乘坐巴士，但巴士很早就最後一班了，晚上摸黑走上山回酒店也是滿可怕又累死，我們只是兩個女生，雖然沒有不安全，但沒街燈又沒什麼人，所以還是滿害怕的。

有質感的飯店
飯店大廳及公用大陽台設計的很有質感，可優雅的喝下午茶欣賞群山。早餐非常豐盛，食物也新鮮。很安靜的地點，離火車站及超市餐廳有一點遠，自行開車停車很方便。但是如果搭公車，要注意最後一班公車18:00後就停駛，沒搭上車至少必須走20分鐘的上坡路段，有些辛苦。結論是值得推薦的飯店。

Hi Yun Fat Thanks for your visit and the positive feedback. We do not rent mountain bikes in the hotel, but we can tell our guests where they can be rented. Tickets for the mountain railways can be purchased at our reception. Our guests no longer have to queue at the ticket offices. Greetings from the mountains

位置不是特別好
由於晚上7點公交就不工作了，如果在市中心吃晚飯，就只能走路回酒店。 確實不算太近，慢走大約20分鐘。

Great Experience
Great experience to visited this hotel, far from city centre, quite, wonderful natural scenes, good customer services. The only disadvantage is the free wifi is only provides for 1 devices per room, additional charge for extra devices is required and the wifi speed was slow. In general, my wife and I were very enjoyed, we rate it as 95 marks!

Great Hotel, best choice
A great hotel, can see Eiger north face at balcony of "all rooms". Traffic is convenient from Grindelwald to Interlaken, to Bachalpsee, to Schilthorn. Hotel people are really nice. Breakfast includes everything you need, and tasteful. MUST stay again if I travel Switzerland next time.

a GREAT hotel, best choice of the trip
How to say... hotel offers free pick up at arrival and departure day, plus free Bus ticket for unlimited time travel. All rooms with balcony and you can see Eiger mount from the balcony every day. Room rate is not expensive, but it offers free breakfast which is buffet with simple but good choices which is tasteful too. People are nice and full of hospitality and willing to tell and teach hot to travel to all main spots in Switzerland. Hotel is located at Grindelwald which is the center of all 3 main sports. MUST stay again if I travel to Grindelwald next time.

住了三晚，周邊景觀一流，向前露台全望雪山景色，但夏天較多昆蟲飛入房內，我和妻子自備了露營爐具在地下花園外煮食亦獲批准！

房間很棒，人員很友善，單人房陽台看出去的景色優美，早餐也算不錯，整體飯店都很乾淨。可惜wifi真的很爛，也只能用一個裝置上網，要多還要加錢，算是唯一的缺點。雖然飯店遙遠但入住都有免費公車可以坐，所以問題不大，整體來說我還是滿喜歡這的。

too far fm Grindelwald by walk.Need to move by bus. took away 2 eggs fm breakfast, as bus was coming, reception has charged me 2fr. which was really funny to me, as they spent more cost just for monitoring guests.no phone in room, anything has to get downstairs for assistance.wifi is under request, they don't give you when check in.shower room is extremely small around 85…90cm.sq., can't match the room rate fr.230 we paid. Reception lady was haspital to western guests, and when turned to us …asian people, cold face.....

The hotel located a little far from Grindelwald station, abt 15-20mins walk. But the view here is just wonderful, and the staff are nice and helpful. Highly recommend this hotel if u drive by urself.

Everyone working there was super helpful and the breakfast was fantastic. The bed was comfortable and the shower surprisingly had fantastic water pressure. The building is quite old so you can hear anyone in a room next to you and above you quite clearly. The rooms were smaller than expected and a bit more “backpacker” style than what I envisioned. The location is up the hill from town which was fine for us (we don’t mind the walk) but we also had free access to the local bus that we took advantage of a couple of times during our 4 day stay. If I was in my 20s again I’d be happy with everything about the hotel, however in my mid 30s I think I’ve outgrown the elevated backpacker style of accommodation.

Everything about this hotel was great. We had a great stay, the owners were extremely helpful is giving us direction on what to do and whats happening around in the area. The property was easy to find - a short bus ride from the main train station. The cleanliness is top notch.

Amazing view of the Eiger from the balcony! Staff was warm and made our stay very comfortable. Bus stop is right across the hotel and guests get a free bus card to get around the area. We took the bus everyday to get to Grindelwald First and Grindelwald Terminal for access to various activities. Tickets for cable cars and other activities can be purchased at the hotel itself which was very convenient.

Hotel is beautiful and the views are amazing. Staff is very friendly, breakfast was great. I would suggest you get a ride or catch the bus. It’s just over a mile walk from the train station.

Beautiful view of the Eiger
Beautiful view, clean rooms, nice, hot shower, comfortable beds. Breakfast was great. Cappuccino machine, scrambled eggs, lots of juices, and various other things for breakfast, fresh bread and croissants.

Sehr empfehlenswerte Unterkunft in guter Lage. Etwas abseits vom Zentrum und somit sehr ruhig, Bushaltestelle jedoch direkt vor dem Hotel aber auch der Fußweg zum Zentrum ist kein Problem. Schönes Zimmer mit breitem Einzelbett und tollem Ausblick auf den Eiger. Die Gastgeberin heißt einen herzlich willkommen und gibt jederzeit gerne wertvolle Tipps. Das Schlüsselwechsel-System ist genial einfach. Ich hatte einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt.
