「Really helpful and friendly staff, gave me a map of the area with points of interest. Big clean rooms, a refrigerator that actually works and Good strong A/C during heatwave. Its definitely within walking distance of Brussels Central Train Station unless you have to carry 20KG+ suitcases. Most important part is, it's far away from the loud bars near city center. Really good value for money.」

「Oh, what a lovely little gem this hotel is! Tucked away in a peaceful corner of bustling Brussels, Belgium, it’s just perfect – close enough to the city center to be convenient, yet blissfully quiet and cozy. Our rooms were spotlessly clean and tidy, which made us feel right at home. The neighborhood is wonderful too, with some truly excellent restaurants nearby. We especially enjoyed trying authentic Belgian dishes – and those mussels from the restaurant right across the street! We’re still...

「房間比較細，但地理位置優越！位置非常方便！洗手間垃圾桶異常細不夠用。水溫少許難調教，時冷時熱。升降機內音樂有點詭異，加上當打開門，看到昏暗燈光及穿着紅色裙的掛畫，感覺並不太舒服… 」

「Excellent location just nearby the shopping mall and good restaurants all around. Good services with good facilities, e.g. bathing tube, skin care kit, etc. Lovely at all, highly recommended for staying.」

「Das Hotel ist wirklich wunderschön und sehr individuell eingerichtet. Es ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Das Frühstück ist sehr schön in einer offenen Küche organisiert und bietet eine gute Auswahl an qualitativ hochwertigen Lebensmitteln. Wenn wir noch einmal nach Brüssel fahren, werden wir dort sehr gerne wieder wohnen. Die Innenstadt ist fussläufig gut zu erreichen.」

「Hotel constantly tries to upsell - get spammed with emails before arrival about add ons. Was told at reception on arrival at 1.30pm that the room was ready, but hotel policy was that I couldn’t be given the key until 3pm. Asked for luggage storage and was directed to take my suitcase down a flight of stairs and then had to pay a further fee for luggage storage. Unfriendly staff - there are better options around, so don’t bother here.」
