grande maison idéalement située mais qui mériterait d'être mieux entretenue par son propriétaire (les salles de bains ne ferment pas à clé, une lunette de wc est mal fixée, le lampadaire du salon ne fonctionne pas et ce n'est pas l'ampoule, la salle du bain du second est dans un état pitoyable (joints noirs, vétuste...), le canapé de jardin est HS, et l'on voit qu'il y a beaucoup de (mauvais) bricolages. Dommage.

Base idéale pour partir randonner sur les nombreux chemins dont le côtier. Proche des commerces et bar et restaurants ce lieu est idéal pour les groupes mais dommage que l’entretien global de cette grande maison soit si négligé.

Grande maison dans "son jus" mais confortable. La proximité avec le port et le bourg en font un agréable lieu de villégiature. Excellents échanges avec la propriétaire.Par contre le ménage laisse vraiment à désirer ! Peu de place dans la cuisine pour ranger les affaires, et les éléments four,frigo et lave vaisselle mériteraient d'être changés.

Vieille maison de charme Le seul problème est que nous avions réservé une maison avec 7 chambres et 6 salle de bain et que en fait il n'y en a que deux. Il serait bon d'envisager de changer les matelas qui s'écroule au milieu. Bon séjour quand même.

Une maison pleine de charme et d'histoire

Nous nous sommes réunis pour fêter nos 70 ans avec enfants et petits-enfants ( 13 personnes). Cette maison pleine de charme est chargée d'un passé que nous aimerions connaître. Nous nous y sommes sentis comme chez nous et avons passé une semaine très harmonieuse. Bien sûr, elle mériterait quelques rénovations (électricité, plomberie, plafonds...) mais telle quelle, elle a parfaitement répondu à notre attente.

Une maison de caractère idéalement située

La maison est très bien équipée, confortable et a du cachet ! Le jardin est très appréciable, calme et bien orienté. Tout est bien prévu pour accueillir un grand groupe (espace détente dans le salon, espace salle à manger et terrasse). La localisation est parfaite, toute proche du port, des commerces et des restaurants/bars, sans que ce soit bruyant. Seul bémol : ménage à 110 euros, un peu cher pour l'état de la maison (beaucoup de poussière, vaisselle rangée assez sale et frigo que nous avons dû nettoyer à notre arrivée).
