“Host was great set us up with great guy for Friday night party”

“The check in process was easy as could be with Sam sending me video insturctions on where to find the key and the entry process. Place was clean and tidy and had everything we needed for our stay. We had a problem one day with the water not working and it was addressed immediately. (A power surge turned the water pump off without us realizing it) and we had water back within 30 minutes. The pool was a nice place to hang around during the hot days. We would love to be back real soon.”

“It was so nice being able to get a spot right off the beach to stay in! We could walk anywhere we needed to go, the apartment was comfortable and spacious and had great air conditioning! Reduit beach is beautiful and we loved being able to just walk across the street to enjoy it! Would highly recommend for a simple, comfortable apartment that is super convenient!”

“Our host Sam was amazing. Whenever we needed something she was there. After our week in Rodney Bay we headed to Soufries to our next Vrbo and whenever we had a question Sam responded even though we were done with our stay at her place. Such a wonderful person. The home was very well kept and great for walking to the beach and close walk to lots of restaurants. Good beds and comfortable couch. Pool was great. Do the hike at the end of Rodney bay very challenging. No idea what it is called we just……

“Overall our stay was ok, the outdoor area of the property was nice but the house itself needed help. No hot water at all in the kitchen and hardly any hot water for showers. No ac in the kitchen and living area. The stove was very poor condition and the oven went out during a meal we were preparing! Overall it seemed that the electric system needed help, don’t know if it’s just old or improper design. The host Mervin did try to resolve most issues but some were beyond his control. Dogs barking……

“Cleanliness could have been a touch better. There was a clump of hair in the drain of one of the bathrooms as well as hair scattered throughout the shower from the guests prior. There was mold in both showers as well- they need a deep cleaning. We were also given only one garbage bag for a 5 night stay and had to ask for more bags. There was plenty of pans for cooking however no basic seasonings such as salt and pepper that people normally don’t travel with nor would they buy for a short stay.……
