2025 Ende April Anfang Mai

Die Ferienwohnung war bei der Ankunft kalt und sehr feucht. Lüften ist bei der Architektur der Wohnung nicht möglich. Wenn man das einzige Fester der Wohnung und die Eingangstür aufgemacht hat, wurde man sofort von Stechmücken besucht. Den unteren Raum konnte man gar nicht lüften. Aufmachen der Schiebetür hat gar nichts gebracht. Das WC im Keller war undicht. Wenn man gespült hat ist unter dem Klosett das Wasser ausgelaufen. Kurzum, die Wohnung ist eigentlich nicht bewohnbar.Die Ausstattung war vollständig aber leider alles alt. Zum Bespiel Wäscheständer: vorhanden aber zwei Streben waren defekt. Obwohl wir jeden Tag unterwegs waren war der Fußboden abends mit schwarzen Fuseln übersäht. Nach langer Suche haben wir einen Besen und Schaufel gefunden. Ein Staubsauger wäre besser gewesen. Alles in Allem: für diesen Preis ist die Wohnung nicht empfehlenswert. Nichts ist stimmig. Es gibt Schlafmöglichkeit für sechs Personen aber nur vier Küchenstühle. Auf der Veranda stehen nur drei Stühle. Im Kellerzimmer steht ein Schreibtisch ohne Stuhl. Im Kellerzimmer stehen zwei große Kleiderschränke ohne Fächer und Kleiderbügel. Man könnte noch einige Mängel mehr aufzählen.Die Kommunikation mit den Vermittlern war sehr gut.Wir können jedoch von dieser Wohnung nur abraten. Für die Qualität der Wohnung und der Einrichtung ist sie leider viel zu teuer.

Appartamento pulito e interamente climatizzato situato all'interno di un residence tranquillo in posizione comodissima tra Principina a mare e Marina. La cucina è dotata di tutto il necessario e la piccola veranda esterna è perfetta per cenare o rilassarsi la sera al rientro da una giornata di mare.Molto comodo il vicino parcheggio riservato. La comunicazione così come check in e check out con Daniela sono stati perfetti.

L’unico problema di questa zona il mare che ci aspettavamo più pulito .La spiaggia è molto bella e i servizi buoni. Appartamento molto confortevole non manca assolutamente niente in zona molto tranquilla.

Buono ma problematico

Nulla da dire per quanto riguarda l agenzia che ci ha trattati benissimo. L immobile però presenta problemi di umidità non indifferente. La taverna è invivibile e quindi impossibile dormirci. Noi abbiamo richiesto una brandina per poter dormire tutti al piano sopra ma con figli più grandi o per coppie di amici impensabile usare il piano interrato. Posizione molto tranquilla e il mare si raggiunge molto facilmente con pista ciclabile.
