Close to the most beautiful beaches of the gulf of Ajaccio, this semi-detached mini villa has a fantastic panoramic sea view. The spacious terrace is furnished with a large dining table, barbecue and electric awning, as well as sun loungers and deck chairs for relaxing hours. The side garden is shaded and has an outdoor shower to cool off or wash when returning from the beach.

Maison36 is a bright and functional house, consisting of a main room on the ground floor, comprising the well-equipped kitchen (with oven, dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso machine, washing machine, etc.), a living room with dining table and sofa bed and a bathroom with shower. The double bedroom and a second bathroom with shower are located on the mezzanine.
Our guests can count on a free fiber WiFi internet connection and a Smart TV to choose their favorite programs on the apps or in streaming. The residence has parking and a tennis court.

Maison36 is located 2 km south of the center of Porticcio, where you can take a shuttle boat that allows you to make a pleasant crossing of the gulf and reach the old port of Ajaccio in just 20 minutes.

A popular tourist area, the south-eastern shore of the Gulf of Ajaccio offers the opportunity to practice water sports, horse riding, tennis and golf. Nearby you will find various services such as supermarkets, banks, post office, pharmacy, doctor's office, restaurants and several clothing shops, as well as typical souvenir shops and local handicrafts.

Wonderful property :)

This property fulfills all wishes: a great view (more beautiful is not possible), an extremely large terrace, two bathrooms (stylishly furnished), a gallery for sleeping (master bedroom), a sofa bed for 3 children (was enough even for our two teenagers) a well-equipped kitchen, a TV with streaming option, free WiFi throughout the house and the terrace, effective air conditioning and also a shaded area to the side of the house. We also used the garden fireplace (heatable with charcoal) -> the steaks were excellent :) The car can be parked nearby, the beach can be easily reached by foot. If you are looking for more beautiful beaches, restaurants and beach life (not absolutely necessary), a lot of other (even more beautiful) beaches are also reachable in 10 - 15 min by car. For daily shopping the nearby Carrefour is ideal. The beautiful Ajaccio can be reached by car in about 20 - 30 min. Also large shopping centers and the airport are in this distance. The location is also ideal to explore the wonderful island by car (if you like sightseeing or hiking). We enjoyed our stay very much and had a good rest. Ein wunderbarer Platz zum Ausspannen

Die Sonnenuntergänge und die liebevolle Betreuung wurden schon viel gelobt, dem können wir uns uneingeschränkt anschließen. An der Ausstattung hatten wir ebnfalls nichts zu bemängeln. Alles, was man für 2 Wochen Urlaub brauchte, war vorhanden - sogar Eierbecher ;-). Die Möglichkeiten, sich auch bei praller Sonne im Schatten unter dichtem, üppigem Grün oder der Markise draußen aufzuhalten, haben wir sehr positiv wahrgenommen und genutzt, wenn wir mal nicht unterwegs waren. Das Quartier ist auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen! Vielen Dank an die Gastgeber und vorallem an Sabrina! Susanne & Horst

Die Aussicht ist ein Traum!

Wir waren anscheinend die ersten Gäste des Jahres: es war klamm und roch modrig, wir mussten auch einige Spinnenweben und Staub- und Fettschichten entfernen. Überall steht Nippes, man muss sich erstmal Platz für die persönlichen Dinge schaffen. Davon abgesehen war das Haus sehr gemütlich und sehr gut ausgestattet, die Terrasse mit den allabendlichen Bilderbuch-Sonnenuntergängen traumhaft!

Superbe villa avec une vue imprenable

Accueil top, et propriétaire toujours disponible. La villa est parfaite avec tout ce qu’il faut et surtout une magnifique terrasse avec une vue magique sur la baie d’Ajaccio. Une plage (presque) exclusive juste en bas de la residence avec des places dispo pour se garer (prévoir la voiture vu la pente). A 5 minutes du centre-ville de Porticcio et d’autres belles plages, 20 minutes d’Ajaccio en voiture (mais nous vous conseillons la navette maritime) et proche des principaux axes pour visiter la Corse. Bref, nous recommandons (mais pas trop quand même car il nous faut des semaines dispo pour y retourner… on a hâte !!!)

Wer Sonnenuntergänge liebt..

…sollte hier Urlaub machen. Die Lage der Fewo ist ideal, Ajaccio ist günstig per Schiff zu erreichen, in der Umgebung der Fewo ist alles für einen gelungenen Urlaub vorhanden, Strand inclusive. Die Fewo selbst ist ideal für zwei Personen, ev. noch mit einem Kind. Für mehr Personen wohl etwas zu klein. Wir können das Gesamtpaket aus Umgebung, Preis und Freundlichkeit der Vermieter/Kontaktpersonen nur empfehlen.

Prachtig gelegen knus huisje

Mooi gelegen huis met zicht op de baai van Ajaccio. Iedere avond prachtige zonsondergangen. Gelegen op een 2 tal km van het strand , restaurants en winkels van Porticio. Groot terras met buitendouche en al het nodige meubilair. Een aanrader !!

Wohlfühl-Urlaub

Wir hatten einen sehr entspannten Urlaub in dieser Unterkunft. Zu den Vorteilen: Die Küche ist mehr als gut ausgestattet. Es fehlen zwar ein paar Eierbecher und ein Schälmesser, aber dafür gibt es alles andere im Überfluss. Die Terrasse ist unglaublich toll. Groß und hell mit der Markise ausgestattet. Die Außendusche haben wir regelmäßig genutzt, da alles wunderschön grün zugewachsen ist. Im oberen Bereich der Schlafbereich ist echt gemütlich und mit einer Klimaanlage ausgestattet. Ein paar Nachteile gab es aber auch und daher nur 4 Sterne insgesamt. Es gibt SAT-TV aber keine deutschen Sender. Das hat uns etwas enttäuscht. Es gibt W-LAN aber sehr schwach. Das Bett oben ist sehr unbequem. 2 Matrazen übereinander auf einem Brett. Gut schlafen war da leider nie angesagt. Ein Nachbar renovierte sein Bad und daher wurde nervtötend gehämmert. Wir sind außergewöhnlich nett von Sabrina empfangen worden. Nach einer Woche kam sie sogar vorbei und brachte frische Wäsche. Danke dafür. Alles insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden und haben uns gut erholt. Wäre es möglich, wir würden das Häuschen kaufen. Ernsthaft.

Vue paradisiaque

Un excellent séjour face aux Sanguinaires et ses couchers de soleil paradisiaques depuis la terrasse. Très bien situé à la sortie de Porticcio nous avons pu rayonner de Piana, Corte à Bonifaccio. Une climatisation un peu juste pour une semaine de canicule et beaucoup de bibelot qui ne facilitent pas le ménage… Il est par contre très bien équipé pour qui aime cuisiner et ne pas quitter cette vue idyllique… Idéal pour nous deux !
