"This hotel is an absolute gem. It has the ability to feel like an old world resort, but modern at the same time. The attention to detail is the definition of understated luxury. Everything from the bath towels and water pressure, to the finishings show that this is a property that cares. Fantastic staff (Christian D. in the restaurant was a phenomenal waiter) and food. "The food options were so clean and amazing. I felt refreshed with every meal. The spa was huge! The amenities were fantastic. There were so many places to spend time alone, relaxing. The views were breathtaking and the balconies, relaxing. However, the bed and couch are equally rock hard and the pillows almost seem homemade with cotton balls. They’re non-existent. Even the room towels provided are small and thin. We paid extra for the large room and Mountain View not knowing that this also came...

"This is a super nice place little off the beaten path but close to the gondola. We were here for the UCI Mountain Biking and the venue was just 15 minute walk. The rooms were very nice and stylish and the staff was very friendly. Breakfast that you can get with your stay is amazing. "
