「Friendly, helpful staff and lovely hotel in a good location. We received a family room which was good with separate bunk beds, making it more spacious than having a sofa bed. The beds were super comfortable. Breakfast was really good. Lots of selection, fresh and tasty and they kept replenishing it. The only drawback was it was quite stuffy in the room and leaving the window open meant early morning noise from the business below. 「We absolutely loved our stay here. Everyone was very kind and helpful … we came to ski as first timers and had no idea where to go…but they helped us through it! You can walk right to one mountain and then take a bus to the other… the bus stop is right up the street. Breakfast and dinner were also amazing..very Austrian! We loved it!
