“The house was nice. It was pretty pricey compared to two other VRBO’s that we stayed in recently. That said, there didn’t seem to be many options in Shelby. ”

“Overall experience was great. The house was comfortable and easy. Everything worked as it should. Location close to downtown food options and interstate and major highway. Some cleanliness issues (cobwebs, used floss picker on a side table, and evidence of mice in oven drawer). Pots and pans were provided however it wasn’t a complete set - more so random pieces. Just some notes:* Parking is tight! Hard to fit 2 vehicles. * Neighbor has dogs in the front yard which wasn’t mentioned. Just a note……

“No welcome information was provided prior to the stay. Host stated this is due to VRBO locking him out of his account. The property also had roaches that when brought to the hosts attention were sprayed for but kept finding them during the stay.”

“The hosts are very friendly, very responsive. They go out of their way to make your stay nice. They are on top of repairs and things that come up to repair out of the ordinary affecting the apartment are delt with without the slightest procrastination. The apartment is very cozy and very well stocked and thought out. They really made this place a home away from home. In our case, a home for us and a place for our newborn to come home to in-between our dwellings. I couldn't have asked for a……

“Host was very responsive, accommodating and loved the attention to details in the home. This is by far one of the cleanest homes I have every stayed in. I would definitely recommend to others.”

“Great Stay! Host was great with communication with quick responses. Location is in a quiet neighbor hood, and the location was great for a baseball tournament we attended in Gastonia. House was clean. Great host would recommend.”
