「Im so glad I found this place, Ive used it for the past 2 years for our Girl Tea reunion . So clean and neat , the only thing to be aware of is bringing your own amenities such as paper towels and a shower curtain for the first floor. Overall cozy place and can't wait to use it again 」

「When we arrived, we found the property hadn’t been cleaned (as mentioned in the listing *Super Clean). We documented the dirty property with pictures and sent them to the host. The host stated that they can have someone clean the next day, to which this is unacceptable as we needed a place to stay that night. We are fighting with the host to get a FULL refund for our (NOT) stay. 」

「Host was very friendly and helpful when we called about checking in a little late. Home had a southern yet modern charm to it. Appreciated the tankless hot water system when we all had to shower and get out early. Perfect location to college. The bar right across the street was nice too. 」

"The front desk did not inform us about other amenities such as free breakfast or Wi-Fi until asked for. Upon arriving in our room, we were greeted by a roach. After complaining and switching rooms, there was no roach, but the fridge was stained with food stains and looked like it wasn’t cleaned for a while. The bedside USB charger was completely smashed and unusable. The bathroom/closet door doesn’t close all the way. "
