Pleasant single-story accommodation in the Les Rives du Lay housing development, 1000m from the town center and the lake, and 2000m from the beach. It comprises a living room with a TV, a kitchenette equipped with an induction hob, fridge/freezer, combination microwave, and washing machine; a bedroom with a double bed (140cm) and a TV; a second bedroom with two single beds (90cm); a shower room with a walk-in shower and vanity unit; a toilet; a storage room; and a garden with a covered terrace, garden furniture, and a barbecue for relaxation. Cleaning is the responsibility of the tenant. Linens are not provided but can be rented from our partner; please contact us. Heating is charged extra from October 1st to May 31st, based on meter readings. WiFi rental available with 5G box: €40/week
