I have to say I was a bit nervous based on some reviews leading up to our stay, but we have no complaints! Room was clean, we loved the balcony, and we were absolutely charmed by the area! The covered bridge, the stream, the neighbouring church & the adorable sheep that turned up on our last night all contributed to our experience. The location was super convenient for train travel! Breakfast was plentiful. We didn’t have any interactions with staff, so I can’t comment on that, but we had no issues with the self check in. We would stay here again.

Das Zimmer war sauber, Frühstück okay. Lage am Fluss, Parkplätze gegen Gebühr. Wir sind Vielreisende und leider noch nie so einen Umgang im Hotel erlebt: Man muss 100CHF Kaution vorab hinterlegen; unzählige Emails, KI Chat statt persönlich mit den Gästen zu sprechen; Self Check In und versteckte Kosten/Mahnungen/Hausregeln. Wenn man keine Lust auf Menschen hat, sollte man vielleicht kein Hotel führen.

The location was wonderful for Jungfrau connections and Interlocken . We stayed 3 nights did one day taking the ferry on Lake Riffelsee which was amazing and another day taking the trains to the highest mountain in Europe very convenient. The hotel was also a very special part of our trip. From the train station it's literally a 3 minute walk ( a convenient grocery store on the way) then you'll find yourself going back in time with a covered bridge, church and cobble stone streets. Inside they have done many renovations so it's very comfortable. The breakfast had an espresso coffee machine and warm home made bread with fresh fruit eggs and a special blend of granola There's picnic tables next to the River to watch the sunset. Very safe neighborhood. We want to bring our family back with us next time we visit

Self check-in process, had to give them $100 for them to give me a code for the key. We stayed there four nights and there was never any staff available except at breakfast. We stayed there four nights. They did not clean the room or give us clean towels. Room was old and furniture very flimsy, bed broke underneath. Not impressed with the stay other than free breakfast.

Management was rude, squeaky floor, No housekeeping, small and filthy rooms, dim/poor lighting, shower head kept falling. All-in-all bad experience. Won’t stay here ever again. Save your money, and stay somewhere else.

It’s such a lovely place to stay. Very peaceful, scenic view from Interlaken area. Staff is helpful and breakfast is quite ok to me. It’s so convenient since it’s close to the train station.

Stayed there for a week and really enjoyed our stay. It was a very homey feel and a great experience for the price. The hotel breakfast every morning ran from 7:30am to 9:30am and had some really good coffee every morning which was really convenient.

She's not posh but you'll have a wonderful Swiss guesthouse experience in a quaint village. Breakfast was spectacular with many choices and delicious coffees. Easy train and bus connections to all the local towns and villages. Looking forward to a return visit.

The rooms were rather small, but the historic character, location and the breakfast were all wonderful. I loved hearing the rushing river next door all night. Of course, there is no air conditioning, so the down comforters were not at all appropriate for the weather.

This property is old as hell and need some improvements. Next to the church and water which was noisy as hell at night. My room window is missing a window screen. No A/C , no iron in the room. It looks like a cabin not a standard hotel room. Breakfast was ok not anything fancy.

O café da manhã era muito bom! O quarto era de um tamanho ok, porém bem limpo e aconchegante. O banheiro com um chuveiro excelente e com um espaço mediano. A vila de Wildersvil é bem próximo ao centro de Interlaken, à 5 min de trem ou ônibus, achei o local ótimo!
