Wonderfully bright, modern, and situated within sight of the wild Pacific Ocean, this home sits close to the bluffs just north of downtown Gualala. You'll be able to walk less than a quarter-mile to Cooks Beach by day, and listen to the soothing sounds of the ocean while soaking in the private hot tub at night.

This single-level home is a delight for beachcombers, hikers, and those looking to explore the Northern California Coast. The main living area is one open, light-filled space with two distinct sitting areas - one with a sectional sofa positioned by the gas fireplace, and another with a sofa and armchairs facing the flatscreen TV. Three sets of glass doors open onto the wrap-around deck - a beautiful spot to bring your morning coffee, your binoculars, or your evening glass of wine.

The kitchen is airy and roomy, well-equipped with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and an island with a breakfast bar for six. But then again, you'll never fail to find a comfortable place to sit, whether you're gathering around the formal dining room table for 10 or sharing a casual lunch at the kitchen table overlooking the ocean.

After an evening soak in the hot tub outside on the deck, you can retire to one of three bedrooms, including a main suite with a private bathroom and direct access to the deck and hot tub. Additional amenities include a private washer/dryer.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
