房間的用品沒有更新,是上一住客用剩的,包括肥皀,洗漱用品和各種茶包。 訂了兩個房間,其中一個房間在第二天早上就被鎖上了。我們沒法可進入,讓他們從新開啟,卻沒有人理會,當時我們還沒check-out,早上十點左右。 另一房間在十點半就有清潔人員按門鈴問我們可否進來清潔房間。奇怪,我們還沒離開,竟然問可不可以進來做清潔 前台員工服務態度很好,值得一賺。
