Counter staff called my room phone at 11:30pm. She request me to settle the room fee.
She did not accept to pay at the morning and instructed a room service staff to knock the door heavily.

First Experience Counts
The stay is very good. Initially the staff cannot find my bookings and he did not lose his cool and try to search for me while i check on my side. When finally he got the details, we were so relieve.
