飯店太舊了點,床不夠舒適,早餐還不錯,這樣的價格應可有更好的品質才是。離機場約20分鐘,若無交通工具會很不方便,附近沒有什麼可逛的地方。

大房間外的另一台空調不能調低,只有暖風,很不舒服: 地毯不乾淨,很多污積; 掛花灑頭的接頭鬆脫: 兩台電視,其中一台壞掉: 3樓餐廳空調不夠涼快,大汗淋漓的用餐. 用過的餐枱布沒有更換,只是用水清洗污積後再重新放上餐具. 用餐枱布擦乾筷子. 用免費早餐時,前台跟餐廳溝通混亂(可享用免費早餐客人數量問題),令客人困窘.

繁華街からは少し離れているが、徒歩圏内にレストランやコンビニもあります。冷蔵庫が全室に設置されてないのが難点。

Overall it's a good hotel but too bad if you don't have didi apps, it's hard to get a cab to the hotel from railway station due to its short distance (around 2km)

Hotel staffs don't speak English. They use translator app from their cellphone but it barely translates well. I'm not saying the service of staffs are bad, just that it was very hard to communicate even on the front desk, housekeeping also in the restaurant. And although I make reservation through Expedia, they asked to pay the payment for the nights I'm staying so it took very long to explain I already fully paid. When check out front staff told me I didn't get to pay 1 night. I stayed for Oct. 11 and check out Oct. 16th, but this staff counted as 6 nights. It is the math issue... Although my taxi was coming soon, this staff kept telling me I didn't pay 1 night and I tried to explain by showing the calendar to count the nights I stayed, but still doesn't seem to understand why it should be count as 5 nights. I wanted to speak to the manager, so I use the translator app to call the manager but don't even call the manager but the staff acted like counting the dates I stayed again and said ok to go. What the heck...

Check in took almost 40 mins because the hotel couldn't find the booking from Hotels.com (Expedia). Need more training on the service. I had to call oversea to let Hotels.com contact the Hotel, otherwise my booking is like ghost. Plus, this cost me long distance call to contact!

Nice hotel in HuaDu area of Guangzhou.
Due to flight delays, I did not arrive until 12:30am. The room had been kept for me. The staff were very pleasant.One staff member at the front desk spoke English.

A good hotel staff were very friendly no problem with most staff understanding English and very helpful room clean and very comfortable cleaned every day the only problem that I found was that the carpets need shampooing the only thing that was missing was there were no tourist information but staff said were waiting for some to arrive good price for this hotel

free local and national calls are the plus
there is no ventilation which gives the room very warm and not comfortable. on the 2nd day of stay, the breakfast couldn't make ready at 7am. As I need to leave at 7:30am, I just grab a toast and nothing else can be available for eating.

Great staff but little bit away from the city however service is better than expected. the only draw back is food, for the breakfast they got the same menu again and again. never recommend the foods the taste was terrible. other than that all in good shape.

ビジネスで利用しましたが、中国であるということを考えれば十分かと思います。いい点としては、広州空港から往復ともバスが止まり移動が便利なことです(一時間弱)。難点としては、周りにコンビニ等はないので、少し歩かなければならないことです。日本食なども近くにはありません。

I payed 200 rmb for taxi to get to canton fair. And yes coming back I took metro for 3 interchange lines and 45 minutes trip for 8 rmb and then moto taxi 70 rmb so I paid a third but who said that is the idea? i chose hotel for price but I the end transportation wheight and I could have had a better stay in a better place with a little more money

英語が通じて室内もとても快適でした。 但し、エアコン音が大変やかましい事と冷蔵庫が冷蔵ではなく、庫内でファンが回っているだけという残念な2点があります。 是非改善して頂ければ次回も利用したいと思います。

I think the hotel is geared toward large groups. The lobby gives the initial impression that the hotel is shabby but the room I had was clean, comfortable and tastefully decorated. The beds are hard but that is to be expected in China. The staff was *very* helpful and friendly, but I live in China and am used to how things work here. It was supposed to be close to the airport but it was not as close as some others (maybe 15 or 20 minutes away). If you take the public bus it costs very little. If you take a cab it will cost more but should still be "cheap". Ask the price before you get in and/or make sure the driver uses his meter. Your room may not be as advertised. I was promised a bathtub, bathrobe, and a coffeemaker and they had no idea what those things even were. Breakfast is very Chinese (and not great). You my have to request coffee if you want it and wait while they brew it (at least it is brewed). The bar is cozy if you sit under the heating vent, and the food there was good and reasonably priced (large portions to be shared by a group of 2-4). The neighborhood was not a tourist area -- just your average Chinese city block, but had a convenience store and bank across the street. It was OK for an overnight but I thought the "discount" price was what was was worth, no more.

Room was clean, except for the somewhat worn out carpet floor. Friendly staff with average English. I chose it for price and for supposedly being convenient to the airport. A late arrival however means you'll depend on a taxi to get there as the last bus leaves at 22:00. I paid 80 RMB after negotiating since no driver would accept to turn on the meter. Next morning, the shuttle bus to the airport simply didn't show up. Had to take another taxi, paying 50 RMB by the meter this time. None of this is the hotel's fault, but If I knew it in advance, would have paid more for one of the hotels which are directly connected to the airport.

花都の生地市場に行く目的で場所を優先して選びました。場所は広州の空港からも生地市場からも近く便利でした。可も無く不可も無くといった感じでしたがコストパフォーマンスは良かったと思います。

夜に到着、翌朝出発の慌ただしい滞在でした。ハード、ソフト両面共に大きな問題はありません。部屋は日本のビジネスホテルより広く清潔でしたが、室内灯が少なく、やや暗い感じでした。全体としては合格点だと思います。

GZ Henry Hotel Stay
The staff were friendly and helpful, although the English skills could be better for some of the staff, they were all helpful and willing to try and communicate. Lily, Jason, Leo, Kelly and many more were very helpful and nice to chat to, i only wish my Chinese was better. It would be nice if they had some maps of bus routes and train/subway routes handy to hand out to visitors like me, one thing i found annoying was the disregaurd of the NO SMOKING signs, and the poor employees have no power to enforce this. it would be a thoughtful idea to enforce this for other non smoking patrons and for health.

j ai séjourné dans cet hôtel lors d'un voyage d'affaire. Les chambres sont bien tenu mais un peu vieillissante, vous bénéficiez d'une connexion internet wifi ou réseau RJ45, l’hôtel est calme et climatisé, petit déjeuné offert dans mon cas, chinois et européen .L'accueil parle un anglais laborieux.Cet hôtel 4 étoiles est pour ma part d'un bon rapport qualité / prix mais loin de l'aéroport

Dear Henry
We stayed at Henry Business Hotel for just one night to break a long journey. I chose it for price, shuttle from airport, breakfast inclusion and relative closeness to the airport - although I still don't have a clue of districts and directions in Guangzhou. There were many hotels closer to the airport - it took about 35 mins in the bus, oooh, the traffic !! Anyway, when you get out of the airport just look along the footpath and find stand 9, the hotels are listed on a sign and, fortunately, were written in English as well as Chinese and we could see Henry Business Hotel so we just pointed to it - no English was spoken - 8 nuyen (RMB) each. The bus dropped us across the street. On the way back it picks up from the Hotel. The staff at the hotel spoke a little English and they were friendly - not like at other hotels we encountered. The room was clean and comfy. Breakfast on the 3rd floor was tasty, although not a weetbix in sight!! Check out was smooth and the porter, Jack, helped us with our bags when the bus arrived. A pleasant stay.

快適な中国出張でした
写真で見るよりは広くはなかったですが、すべてとてもよかったです。 スタッフの英語は怪しいですが、その他ではほとんど中国での不便さを一切感じませんでした。 格安でこのサービスは最高です。 通りを挟んで足洗、つまりマッサージ屋さんもあり、大変疲れが癒されました。

There are people who own hotels, and there are people who know how to run hotels. 1) 3 calls to the hotel before I booked asking if they had a free shuttle to the airport. Answer all 3 times was "yes". They lie. They told me the shuttle bus left at 10:55. When I arrived in the lobby, I was told it arrived at 11:05. Then they explained that the bus costs money, even after telling me 3 times it was free. Then they explained the bus was actually run by another hotel. At 11:25, there was still no bus, and they had no phone number to call, and had no clue when/if it would arrive. So, I had to take a taxi instead. 1) They're liars, and not even very good ones. 2) The hotel is old, and beat. Chipped, cracked everything. 3) Breakfast was awful. Was told b-fast was 7-10. Arrived at 9:20, and almost everything was gone. When I asked for something, I was told they were out. A few slices of warm watermelon, and a few slices of limp white bread. 10 staff members, looking bored, talking amongst themselves. Had to get my own coffee 3 times. "Orange juice" was orange colored, sugar & artificial syrup concoction not fit to drink. 4) 9 trips to my room by "engineering" staff concerning various things that didn't work. The answer to everyone of my questions was "I don't know". Those were the truest words spoken by anyone there. They don't know anything about running a hotel. Plus, it's only "near" the airport if you consider 30 mins "near". Stay somewhere else, or sleep at the airport.
