「Poor communicator. The night before arrival, we got a call that the parking spot was unavailable, even though it was advertised as having parking. Parking in San Jose is a nightmare. VRBO was of no help. We quickly arranged housing elsewhere. Owner refused to refund fees」

「This is a nice little apartment that has an amazing view! We especially liked the easy walk to all the shops and markets a few blocks away. The building if very safe and secure with a guard at the door. They also have many extra rooms to meet in, a pool, and pet park. We didn't have time to use them but looked enjoyed looking around and seeing the interesting décor. The first picture with the umbrella's is one of those rooms in the apartment complex to give you an idea of what the building is...

「5 stars...the listing and photos are accurate. It provides economical lodging in a Fantastic location to explore museums and culture. Walking distance to Teminal Atlantico Norte...improtant to us as we were traveling onward to Cahuita. Several bus routes stop within a block of the apartment if you want to travel around the city. Plenty of soda's and small eateries close by. Great for a few nights to really get to know the history of Costa Rica and San Juan. The apartment meets all basic needs...

「We loved our stay at the Artist Condo in Barrio Dent. The condo was perfect with great space, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, kitchen, sitting room and laundry! Great view of the mountains from our windows. It is in a nice neighborhood that is walking distance to everything we wanted to see. We would definitely stay there again!」
