Beautiful property and beautiful beach to walk around. Views from the patio to the pool area/ocean were incredible. It truly was paradise. The only reason I did 4 stars instead of 5 was there’s not much to do during the week. The list of things to do states casino. We get there and we’re told it’s only open Friday and Saturday. That was misleading. Also it says golf course but it’s not part of them. Also misleading. Only one of the two restaurants is open during the week as well and there’s really no options to choose from there. Finally, I would like to see a hot tub. That was a disappointment

Great, but definitely overpriced.

Overall, it was a good experience. However, i have to point out a few things. First, the Hotel is rated as a 5 start hotel, but it is more of a 4 star, in my opinion. It is very overpriced for what it offers. Crowded restaurants (only 1 option for the fullboard/all inclusive service), they had a problem with one of the two elevators on the Central Wing, so a LOT of wait time just to use the elevator. Only 1 pool, and no indoor or heated option (you have to pay extra to use the spa pool). Front desk staff didn’t help much on check in and did not explain how the full board system worked, and did not give all the information about hotel amenities. The hotel was super busy because of a conference and the restaurants were super full and did not accommodate all guests. The room was great (deluxe with ocean view), with an incredible view and very modern and clean. Sometimes, there was a light smell of sewage coming from the bathroom, but nothing major. In the end, we enjoyed our stay but it is DEFINITELY OVERPRICED. For the price we payed, I expected exceptional service and amenities, but was only great.

Eu esperava mais do hotel, fiquei decepcionada. Pegamos uns dias de muito vento, piscina aquecida a base de pagamento por dia, cama muito mole, fazendo um buraco nas laterais e no meio mais alta! A refeição no festival bauxada santista foi de um preço bom, mas deixando a desejar na textura da carne e sabor. Sugestão da sobremesa não foi boa! A pizzaria não tinha chopp, no hotel um chopp dama horrível! Restaurante muito caro por pessoa fora a bebida. Os atendentes todos muito atenciosos e prestativos! Pelo preço esperava um hotel mais luxuoso. Ele é simples, Rústico e pouca atração! Cobrando no cartão ao entrar 4 mil reais, no check-out gastamos 1.100 reais, mas no nosso cartão ainda consta os 4 mil na nossa fatura! Viagem de aniversário e foi razoável Obrigada terezinha

Nascer do sol, esplendido

Nossa estadia foi excelente. A equipe foi super prestativa e nos atendeu super bem , era nosso aniversario de casamento, ganhamos espumante com frutas no quarto, foi impecável. A estrutura do hotel também é muito boa, e a vista é impecável, o nascer do sol dentro do quarto, praticamente.

O conforto dos quartos é excepcional, garantindo noites de sono perfeitas. A praia em frente ao hotel é linda e super bem equipada com cadeiras e tudo que você precisa, ideal para relaxar. A piscina quentinha é um verdadeiro refúgio, perfeita para curtir a qualquer hora do dia. Simplesmente amei tudo e mal posso esperar para voltar!

Pior check in que vimos num resort nos últimos tempos. Quase 1 hora e meia na fila. Tentam compensar com espumante, mas não é o suficiente. O quarto, para ser bonzinho, é médio. Tem cara de anos 90, faltando uma boa modernização. O quarto é espaçoso, mas extremamente barulhento. Muito barulho vindo do corredor e quartos adjacentes. Falta piscina aquecida, a qual só existe no Spa, e custa 120 por pessoa para acessar. Fato é que não vale o valor pedido, encontram-se opções absurdamente melhores no litoral paulista por valores semelhantes. Só vale para o casal que precisa viajar com crianças gratuitamente. Para viagem de casal, esqueça!

Bom, mas dá pra melhorar.

Faltou um pouco mais de informações no check in, com relação a política de bebidas contratada, relação dos restaurantes disponíveis na estadia e o check out com relação aos lançamentos que seriam lançados e aonde se dirigir para efetuar o check out, o que não fica claro nas informações visuais do hotel, já que existem estações de atendimento dos dois lados. Descobrimos a opção de contratar o late check out por conta e a contratação também não foi digna de uma nota 10. No mais os funcionários são simpáticos e prestativos, com exceção de alguns seguranças da praia que mesmo dando bom dia duas vezes fazem questão de não responder. Contam com uma boa estrutura, a manutenção é percebida e portanto é um bom custo benefício, carecendo de pequenos detalhes para ficar excepcional.

Local muito agradável

Muito boa mas as informações sobre os serviços e acomodação não foram claras inicialmente embora devo destacar que os funcionários foram muito simpáticos e atenciosos no decorrer da estadia.Os produtos oferecidos pelo hotel são excelentes.O maior problema foi ter encontrado uma BARATA circulando no café da manhã.
