I did not receive thr VIP package. Unlike the Oro Verde in Guayaquil, this hotel did not honor the VIP welcome nor did they leave a welcome gift in our room. The staff were outstanding but I prefer the customer service at the Oro Verde better. This hotel is on a much safer area than the Oro Verde. We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. I would still recommend this hotel.

Es un hotel muy bonito, situado junto al río Guayas y de un precio razonable. El lobby del hotel es amplio y el personal fue amable con nosotros. Las habitaciones espaciosas y en buen estado. El baño no era muy amplio, sin embargo. El desayuno buffet estuvo bueno aunque no era muy variado. La piscina en la terraza del último piso es muy acogedora, con el clima abrigado es muy agradable. No visitamos los alrededores en esta ocasión

Likes: great customer service, room with 2 queen beds was extremely comfortable and clean, had amazing sleep, the shower bathroom was very spacious and modern. The roof top view and infinity pool were an amazing experience. The Hotel provided a direct shuttle to the airport in a spacious modern car. Highly recommended for anyone that is travelling for business or pleasure. Dislikes: None

The ease of access to surroundings. I'm not going to disregard the circumstances that were happening in Ecuador. Safety was my concern, the area felt very safe. The food was AMAZING, thank you for making me feel welcome.

Die Lage des Hotels ist Top! Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, das Frühstücksbuffet ist gut. Die Zimmer sind sauber. Der Spa-Bereich im Dachgeschoss des Hotels ist schön, allerdings auch ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen.
