Owners condition that you turn the AC off when you leave and only have the auto fan on left the apartment hot all the time. The location has plenty of restaurant options and the view is nice, especially at night but it does get a little noisy on the riverfront.

A very charming little place, a lot of history, right in the middle of a colonial old town. Inside the building a lot of history, of their owners 100 years ago. I will recommended 100 % . Many many places to eat, dance and karaoke. Around here….You don’t need to go out of this area to find fun.
