The Wi-Fi signal was weak, and my room key kept getting deactivated every time I left. There was a flickering light in the bathroom that I reported, but it was never fixed. The room itself was decent, and the pool was nice.

You cant listen to music by the pool

Not a good experience when your plan is to go have fun moderately. I am not a rude or inconsiderate person but for some reason i noticed my treatment different than the one given to other guests. Most of the employees don't know the words "your welcome or thank you", expect for the older lady during breakfast she was very nice. Too many rules just to be at the pool, like no music no drinks near the pool not even water bottles, but other nights we could hear the music from our room coming from other guests in the pool. When we brought up this issue to the security in the area I was told he warned the guests but could not do anything else. I like that they try to save elctricity in the rooms since you had to insert your room key in a slot inside the room in order for the electricity to work but its not convenient when you are only given one room key. Anyways I for sure do not recommend this hotel if you want to have a decent time listening to music to relax and take your own towel to the pool since you have to ask reception for them but there's never any available. Did I mention one of the branches of a tall palm tree, which was really big and you could tell it had been a while since it started to decay, fell right on our table by the pool, it would be nice if they took care of those plants.

No tienen buena logística para instalar a los huéspedes en las habitaciones nos dieron el 1er piso siendo 2 adultos y los huéspedes de arriba eran muchas personas muy ruidosos y con niños corriendo toda la madrugada, otro tema fue que no nos querían hacer válido lo del desayuno incluido por qué en su sistema no les aparecía y nos ofrecieron entrar a un buffet por costo extra de 280 pesos por persona, tengan cuidado y muestren evidencia donde diga que en su reservación les incluía Mel desayuno.
