All 3 Staff we encounters at front desk were delightful and the bar tender in the sky bar was slammed and by herself but handled everything well. Over all fantastic value for money Alleviated the upgrade and comp drink. Cheers. Highly recommend. "

"The room, cafe and reception were very clean. The lady on reception was extremely informative and polite, she advised us where to park and she showed us to the lift explaining how to use it. The restaurant staff were very polite and helpful. The housekeeping lady greeted us and was very polite and cheerful."
