With 5 bedrooms and sleeping space for 12, Villa Tranquila is a favorite for larger families and groups. It isn’t just the bedroom count that makes this home an excellent gathering space – the living room, dining room, kitchen and outdoor areas provide large, comfortable gathering areas. The living room features a river rock fireplace (decorative only) and a large flat screen TV. Numerous windows and doors look out to the backyard; gracious archways lead to a hallway on one side and the dining room on the other. The mahogany dining set seats 12 guests. The gourmet kitchen is a chef's delight, complete with stainless appliances that include a six burner professional gas stove, a griddle and two ovens.

Downstairs Bedrooms and Bathrooms: Through the breakfast nook and past the quaint side entrance is the master suite, a half bath, the laundry room, and the other downstairs bedroom. The primary suite is spacious with a decorative fireplace, King bed, a Double futon, an entertainment system with a flat screen television and French doors leading to the back hot tub deck. Off the primary bedroom is the master bath, with double vanity and a dual-head walk-in shower. The primary bathroom features a door leading to the hallway, so it can be easily shared with the occupants of the second downstairs bedroom, with king bed.

Upstairs Bedrooms and Bathroom: Stairs from the front hall lead to the Upper Level that offers 3 more bedrooms and 1 full bathroom. The room at the end of the hall features a King bed and a flat screen TV. The second upstairs room offers a King bed and the third bedroom has 2 Twin beds (can be converted to a king bed). All 3 bedrooms are filled with natural light and provide gorgeous views from the windows. The full bathroom has a separate shower and bathtub.

Over 1/2 Acre of Gated, landscaped grounds surround Villa Tranquila. The front circular driveway winds between a lovely garden, lawn and the front entrance. The backyard is a tree-lined hideaway, with views of forested hills in the distance. The backyard consists of a large, in-deck 6 person spa, dining patio with a state-of-the-art barbecue and smoker, chaise lounge chairs, decks, large lawn and woodsy lower area. Villa Tranquila is located at the top of a hill in a quiet, scenic neighborhood. It's only a ten minute walk down to Guerneville's shopping, dining, nightlife and the Russian River.

Maximum Occupancy and Quiet Hours: The maximum occupancy at Villa Tranquila is 12. Quiet hours are from 9:00 p.m. until 7:00 a.m. Outdoor amplified sound is prohibited at any time.

Parking: There is parking in the circular driveway for 5 cars.

Heat Source: Central heat and air conditioning. The wood burning fireplaces are decorative only.

Pet Policy: No Pets allowed

Fencing: The back and front yards are fully fenced.
