Finca Vinco with heateble Pool

  • Dream finca only 5 minutes drive from Alcala. This holiday home is located on a hill in the middle of banana plantations. With a terrace on which you have the feeling of being on a balcony facing the sea. Absolute privacy is guaranteed in the huge pool area, the view of the Atlantic and the neighbouring island of La Gomera is breathtaking. On request and with an extra charge of 15 €/day, the pool can even be heated. Both those seeking peace and quiet and families with small children will find relaxation here, as the smallest of the family will find plenty of space to play on the enormous finca. Three shaded parking spaces are also available for our guests. The beach promenade of Alcala with its small sandy bays and natural seawater swimming pools is worth a visit, both for sunbathing and for long evening walks. The 120m2 is divided into a spacious living room and a fully equipped kitchen, both with access to the pool area. The master bedroom with private shower room and the two other bedrooms, each with two single beds, offer enough space for 6 people. A further shower room is located in the living area. An outdoor barbecue provides additional recreational enjoyment and sunsets behind La Gomera.

    Parties, other celebrations and access by strangers (not foreseen in the reservation) is not allowed. Noise disturbance of the neighbours is to be avoided after 22.00 hrs.

Wunderbar - von der Lage über die Ruhe bis hin zur Aussattung

Ein weiter Blick über Plantagen und Alcala bis nach Gomera, komplette und moderne Ausstattung (Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler, Herd, Backofen, Mikrowelle, TK-Truhe, Grill), ein sauberer schöner Pool, Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür - es blieben keine Wünsche offen. Sogar ein "Startpäckchen" mit Waschmitteln lag bereit. Vielleicht den Pool ein wenig mehr heizen. Er sollte 26 Grad haben, was wir nicht so empfunden haben. Und statt des Plastikobstes (als Deko) ein paar echte Orangen und Bananen.

Absolutely fantastic villa. Clean, everything you could need and a stunning view of the sea and mountains. Heated pool was amazing and meant the kids could spend hours in it. Couldn't recommend it more highly

The situation was excellent and the terrace and pool superb. The kitchen was very well equipped, easy to use and had access to the terrace for eating outside. Some of the furnishings are old, sofas uncomfortable and the beds could do with new mattresses and sheets that fit. The Google map supplied by you took us over such bad and unpaved roads that we almost turned around and left, as we weren't prepared to use them regularly. Thankfully our own researches found a fully paved road from the house to Alcala and this needs to be given to renters.

Es tal cuál se ve en las fotos, no hay engaño, ha sido todo mejor de lo que nos esperábamos, la verdad que nos quedamos con ganas de repetir, todo muy limpio, casa bien equipada, amplia, piscina estupenda, vistas espectaculares, se estropeó el congelador durante la estancia (un domingo) y el lunes a las 10:20 ya teníamos uno nuevo, vamos un 10 en general, repetiremos sin duda alguna, también al llegar encontramos un set con mascarillas para cada huésped y toallitas con gel hidroalcohólico. Eine Finca mit traumhaftem Ausblick, eigenem Pool und einer herrlichen, ruhigen Lage einerseits, dafür aber einer für Städter etwas "gewöhnungsbedürftigen" Anfahrt andererseits. Die Lage etwas abseits der Stadt verleiht der Finca das im Urlaub unbezahlbare Gefühl von Privatsphäre, ohne jedoch die Anbindung an die Zivilisation zu sehr zu beeinträchtigen. Die Umzäunung qualifiziert die Finca - bei etwas notwendiger Aufmerksamkeit wegen des Pools - wunderbar für einen Urlaub mit Kindern. Die nette und sehr zuvorkommende Art des Besitzers, der regelmäßig unter Anderem zur Poolreinigung erscheint, sich aber auch wunderbar um Störungen mit der Internetanbindung gekümmert hat, darf hier auch nicht unerwähnt bleiben. 1. Als etwas störend empfanden wir des Plätschern des Wassers im Sammelbecken für die Bewässerung der angrenzenden Bananenplantage vor dem Schlafzimmerfenster. Möglicherweise ist dies aber ntwendig, um das Wasser mit Sauerstoff für die dort lebenden Koi-Karpfen anzureichern. Falls nicht, würde ein abgetauchter Einlass eine geräuschlose Lösung darstellen. 2. Die an jedem Fenster und jeder Tür montierten Gitter vermögen es leider nicht, den kleinen Mitbewohner des Anwesens (winzige Ameisen) den Zutritt ins Haus zu verwehren, was einige Verhaltensanpassungen erforderlich macht (kein Essen offen lagern, bei der Essenszubereitung aufpassen, Geschirr möglichst sofort abwaschen). 3. Die Regulierung der Wassertemperatur ist offensichtlich wegen teilweise offen verlegter, und damit der Sonne ausgesetzter Wasserzuleitungen nicht etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig. 4. In manchen Nächten hätte eine Klimaanlage, auch, wenn es sich um ein Standgerät handeln würde, gute Dienste erwiesen. Das Irreührende war, dass manche Agenturen der Finca das Vorhandensein einer solchen bescheinigt haben. Man muss aber gerechterweise erwähnen, dass Top-Kanaren nicht dazu gehörte. 5. Würde die Umgebung der Finca auf dem Anwesen etwas ansehnlicher angelegt werden, würde dies die Finca noch mehr aufwerten. Ich möchte hier eindeutig darauf hinweisen, dass ich meine Kritikpunkte rein als Hinweise für mögliche Verbesserungen sehe, sie würden uns aber in keinster Weise davon abhalten unseren Urlaub zu wiederholen.
