In Guidel plage, enjoying the ocean view and located at the mouth of the Laïta, a T2 apartment in a small residence located near the marina, beaches and coastal paths.
New 42 m² apartment for 2 to 4 people with sea views to the south and the marina to the west.
1 bedroom with a large 1.6m bed (new high-end mattress), cot available
Living room: sofa with bed (1.4m), TV, 4 seats.
Fully equipped kitchen (dishes, oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, coffee maker, etc.)
Shower bathroom with WC and washing machine.
12m² terrace with table and 4 garden chairs
On the 2nd and last floor in a quiet residence (2 apartments upstairs without elevator)
Parking at the foot of the building

Un excellent séjour avec une vue sur l océan. Nous avons eu un très bon accueil. A recommander.
La propriété est bien située. L appartement est au dernier étage au calme, fonctionnel avec un balcon terrasse vue sur l océan. Il ne manquait rien. Les pièces étaient spacieuses. Nous avons été très satisfait.

Séjour dans le Morbihan
Merci à Yann pour son accueil et ses conseils. D’un point de vue stratégique, nous avons apprécié être à Guidel Plage pour découvrir le Sud littoral de la Bretagne. Dans une résidence récente et très agréable,un appartement très bien équipé et très propre.
