Needs work.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We booked Len's Lodge for a family Christmas, we were quite disappointed. Upon arrival we noticed the outside bath tub pictured in the photos was no longer there. The BBQ was not fit for use as the gas regulator had been disconnected. We had planned to use the bbq multiple times during our stay.Water filter had a green sludge sitting on the top of the filtered water, we had all drank from this before realising! Coffee machine wouldn't work.Rail to the stairs was wobbly and not safe. Dodgy floorboard on decking.The only Aircon struggled to keep the house cool on hot days.There was water in the hand wash in the upstairs bathroom instead of soap.Fridge and Freezer were not set to the correct temperature, ice blocks wouldn't even freeze over night.Tv and dvd player downstairs had no sound. King bedroom could do with block out blinds as was quite bright.The property definitely has potential but these things have let it down. Had these thing's all been in working order it would have been a great property to stay in.Lovely location with beautiful areas to sit and relax. Enjoyed the view from upstairs and the feeling of being in the tree tops. Kids thoroughly enjoyed the swings out the front.
