Auch unser zweiter Aufenthalt im Bootshaus war wieder ein schönes Erlebnis. Uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen. Sehr nette Gastgeber, schöne Lage und viele Freizeitmöglichkeiten.

Besser kann man nicht Urlaub machen. Ein geniales Haus in traumhafter Umgebung mit angenehmen und freundlichen Vermietern. Wir würden jederzeit wieder in das sehr schöne Boothaus gehen. Hier hat alles gepasst.

Ein Traum- Haus!

Das maison - bateau ist ein bezauberndes Ferienhaus. Direkt am Meer gelegen und sehr ruhig. Man kann vom Haus aus direkt auf dem GR34 schöne Wanderungen machen- in naher Entfernung befindet sich ein interessantes Vogelreservat. Die Besitzerin des Hauses ist sehr nett und hilfreich und hat viele gute Tips für Ausflüge und zum auswärts essen. Vom Haus aus kann man gut zu Fuss zum Bäcker und in den Supermarkt in Guissény laufen. Ein kleines ruhiges und sehr hübsches Städtchen. Die Strände nahe beim Haus sind sehr ruhig und schön. Wir würden dieses Haus jederzeit wieder buchen. Das einzige Negative ist, dass die auch die Tage im maison bateau einmal zu Ende sind.

Super genial! Erholung pur!

Wir haben es super angetroffen. Die Ferienwohnung war bis ins kleinste Detail super ausgestattet und total gemütlich. Wir sind mit zwei Erwachsenen und zwei Kindern gefahren, hätten noch vier Personen mehr mitnehmen können. Die Vermieter, die im Obergeschoss wohnen, sind total freundlich und sehr fürsorglich. Bei jedem Problem zur Stelle. Das Haus ist total nett gelegen und zum Strand sind es nur 30 m. Tolle Gegend mit einer unbeschreiblich schön Natur, ideal um von seinem Alltag abschalten zu können. Die Beschreibung der Ferienwohnung verspricht genau das, was sie auch ist.

Trotz schlechtem Wetter war es eine schöne Zeit

Wunderschöne Lage für Spaziergänge mit dem Hund. Ebbe und Flut sind super zu beobachten. Leider geht aus der Beschreibung nicht hervor, dass man das Erdgeschoss mietet. Im 1, Stock wohnt Sylvette die Vermieterin. Sie und Ihr Mann sind sehr nett.

Little slice of paradise

My husband, two children and our border collie spent two fantastic weeks at the ''maison bateau'' in the charming village of Guisseny. What a wonderful time we had! The owner and hostess, Sylvette, was warm and attentive to our needs. She even treated us to hand picked vegetables and fruits from the garden.The property is large, well kept, and the living quarters are clean and impeccably decorated. Great times were spent relaxing in the backyard terrace and spa. We also took long walks along the oceanside, which was litterally steps away from our door. All in all, it was a fabulous experience, and we would not hesitate for a second to return. Highly recommended!

Schöne Wohnung mit toller Lage

Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet, es fehlt wirklich an Nichts. Toller und gepflegter Garten und nette Vermieter. Ein paar Schritte und man ist am Meer, auch hat es sehr gute Restaurants in der Nähe. Zum Zeitpunkt unserer Buchung stand das Objekt komplett zur Miete, die Bilder wurden zwischendurch aktualisiert, der Preis blieb allerdings gleich, obwohl mittlerweile nur noch der untere Teil des Hauses vermietet wird, im 1. Stock wohnen die Vermieter. Hierüber erfolgte keine Information, weswegen wir einen Stern abziehen.

A Lovely Holiday

On arrival, the property was spotlessly clean and smelt fresh. Sylvette showed us around and showed us the manuals (for the oven, washing machine, dishwasher, etc) in the various languages. The area of the house available to us is the round, bay and second round window to the right of the door as you look at the photo. The front door and the area to the left of it, is the owner's part. The sauna is in the living room along with the dining table and sofa/chairs, the 4 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and small kitchen open directly onto the living room. There were five adults and five children (10, 8, 5, 4 & 2 years) in our group and we managed very well in the small space. The garden is lovely and has comfy sun loungers. Sylvette gave us lots of her home-grown tomatoes and we helped ourselves to her strawberries and blackberries. It is a lovely house but I would suggest that it is probably better for children of 5 and over as one bathroom (and toilet) could be awkward for little ones. We enjoyed the hot tub and sauna, walking to the village and the beach across the road. I would recommend this house but only for the maximum of 8 for comfort. Sylvette is very welcoming and hospitable and we are sad that we are too big a family to be able to return.

Sehr schönes, gepflegtes Anwesen in toller Lage

Wir waren im Mai/Juni 2017 für 3 Wochen in diesem wunderschönen Haus zu Gast. Liebevoll eingerichtete Räume, die auch von der Ausstattung nichts vermissen lassen und ein sehr schöner Garten in einer tollen Lage. Ganz liebe Vermieter, die auch gerne Produkte aus Ihrem Nutzgarten abgeben. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können das Objekt sehr empfehlen. Vielen Dank, dass wir eine schöne Zeit bei Ihnen verbringen durften. Inge und Paul O.

magnifique lieu de vie

L'accueil, par la propriétaire, a été plus que parfait. La présence du soleil n'a fait que surenchérir la beauté du site. Déco de très très bon goût ! Jardin idéalement aménagé pour le régal des enfants. Seul petit bémol, un habitacle juste un peu trop petit au niveau de la salle à manger pour 8 personnes ! Je recommande bien sûr

Conquis !

Nous avons été accueillis par Sylvette, d'une extrême gentillesse, qui nous a fait visiter les lieux. La location est splendide, très agréable. Le confort est maximal et Sylvette est soucieuse à ce que rien ne manque. Elle nous a recommandé quelques restaurants et balades. Les plages et les paysages sont superbes. Bel endroit mais...

Avons passé 5 jours dans la maison bateau. Intérieur cosy et tout le matériel nécessaire à disposition dans la cuisine équipement électroménager de grande qualité. Les propriétaires ont été réactifs aux commentaires précédents... Le jacuzzi a été déplacé dehors, pour éviter les nuisances sonores... Il est très dommage que les photos n aient pas été actualisées. On a l impression que le jacuzzi est toujours à l intérieur, et nous aurions dû lire plus attentivement le texte de la location, où effectivement il est dit dans une phrase que le jacuzzi est à l extérieur... Un accueil extrêmement discret, Nous avons vu la propriétaire le jour du départ... Souriante et soucieuse de nos remarques. Nous n'avons presque pas utilisé le jacuzzi... 4 degrés dehors ne motivent pas à aller se tremper !! La vue sur mer n est pas accessible depuis le rdc loué, le premier étage étant occupé par les propriétaires... A ce niveau de prix, nous ne renouvellerons pas l expérience...

Très bon séjour!

L' accueil est très sympathique. La propriétaire Sylvette est très agréable et à l'écoute des besoins de ses locataires. Très belle maison moderne en bord de plage, sentier côtier à la sortie du jardin. Endroit très calme. Mon mari, moi-même et mes deux enfants avons passé un agréable séjour. Notre Berger Australien a pu profiter du grand jardin clos. Le spa et le sauna sont un vrai réconfort en cette saison moins lumineuse. Je recommande sans hésiter!!! Amélie et David.

EXCELLENT SEJOUR

Nous avons été enchanté de passer un séjour dans la maison bateau. Nous avons été accueilli avec beaucoup de gentillesse. La propriétaire Sylvette est très à l'écoute de ses hôtes. Nous avons apprécié de pouvoir profiter du Spa extérieur. Des vélos étaient à notre disposition et vous avons pu faire de très belles ballades sur le sentier côtier. A deux pas ,nous arrivons à la plage de sable blanc , un pure délice. Le gîte est parfaitement équipé . Encore merci à Sylvette . Nous reviendrons avec nos amies . Mélanie

De belles prestations mais des promesses non tenues

Les "POUR" : - Madame Cavarec est très attentive au bien-être de ses locataires et très réactive en cas "d'avarie" sur le bateau. - Les prestations (appareils électroménagers, sauna, spa, salle de bains, literie) sont de grande qualité et la décoration très soignée. - Se plonger dans le spa sans avoir à sortir (location en novembre) est un délice. - La proximité de la plage Les "contre": - Il n'y a AUCUNE VUE SUR MER malgré les photos qui le laissent croire (prises à l'étage, occupé par Me Cavarec) et la mention écrite qui en était faite aussi bien sur la page Abritel de la location que sur le site personnel de Me Cavarec pour la maison bateau. - La location n'occupe pas la totalité du rez de chaussée, comme mentionné lors de ma réservation, mais seulement 2/3 (un garage, une buanderie et une entrée sont inaccessibles) ce qui réduit considérablement la surface dévolue aux locataires (cela n'était pas précisé sur le site). Une photo laisse croire que tout le rez de chaussée est accessible et il n'y avait aucune mention de surface. - Il n'y a pas de salon ; juste deux petits fauteuils de salon de jardin dans un coin et une toute petite banquette de salon de jardin dans un autre coin, le spa et le sauna occupant toute la place. - Le spa est très bruyant et se relance toutes les 30 minutes, mais c'est incontournable si l'on veut bénéficier de ses bienfaits sans avoir à sortir. - Beaucoup trop peu de rangements pour les vêtements dans les chambres et pour la nourriture dans la cuisine, ce qui fait que l'on est un peu obligé de camper. CONCLUSION Ce gite est très agréable jusqu'à 4 personnes, si l'on fait abstraction des promesses non tenues ; les installations ne sont pas prévues pour accueillir plus de personnes de façon confortable.
