Very poor in management and training, front desk can't find my booking and said all suit was fully booked, need to argue for 30 mins to get the room, wrong charging me 600rmb when I check out, lucky that I checked the bill before I pay
The staff in the lobby was exceptional.
Teddy, the Guest Service Manager, went out of his way to help me find a gadget that I had seen used at a street market.
