「环境和房间在贵州都是数一数二的，遗憾的餐饮不够好。周末所谓的海鲜自助，品种非常少，感觉完全不值258的价格，早餐品种也很少，西点味道非常一般，希望能够改进」

Given that, you'd expect a front desk staff that spoke English, but most of them didn't speak a single word of English (there was one exception, who was also the only really friendly person we met behind the desk). 「Hotel location, facilities and services are great. The worst thing is the elevator which doesn’t work as expected. Every time I went upstairs or downstairs, either my choice of floor (button pressed) would be reset, especially after the door opened during my ride. 」
