“Based on the property listing we were super excited for our stay, the pictures and description looked like this was a super cute location, but looks can be deceiving! As we pulled into the neighborhood we were immediately uncomfortable, the area is not well kept and most of the homes in the area are not kept up and look run down, obviously we were not in a family friendly neighborhood. When we pulled up we were very surprised to learn that the home is a duplex and not a single family home, again……

“Evergreen Cottages was amazing. It had way more amenities than I was expecting. A gated dog zone, BBQ grills and picnic areas and outdoor lighting that made the place so cozy. The home was comfortable and spacious for such a cozy home. The only thing I would change was there was no place to hang clothes (like a clothing rack) and the water temperature in the shower was a bit finicky and it came out either scalding or cold. Other than that everything else was amazing. ”

“The landlord’s brother, extremely knowledgable in Pensacola’s history, took me on a free tour of the city, drove me to a local fish market for the best seafood-buying experience then to the Ever’man Cooperative Grocery store (A health-food heaven), few blocks away.
