“This rental was perfect in every way! Beautiful views, spacious, and beautifully decorated. Beach access is across the street, and bay access directly behind the condo. Everything was spotless, and comfortable. We didn’t use the pool, but it looked nice! Parking for 2 cars, and an elevator for the end of a long day. We would love to return! ”

For me, communication is very important, and Kathy responded to all my questions within the hour — every single time.The condo itself was even better than the pictures. We arrived to fun Halloween décor, which made us feel so welcome right away. Everything was spotless and met all of our needs. “We love Sans Souci. Great location, great beach, not crowded. Pool could use some shade and member of our group got stuck in the elevator but FD was efficient and didn’t have to wait long for elevator even with 1 of the 2 down the next day. Crab claws at Peg Legs and Rum Punch are delicious. Will stay again! Owner checking in on us was nice. ”

It’s across the street from a very popular seafood restaurant (can add yourself to waitlist from the condo before walking over) and with direct access to the beach. View was phenomenal in early AM and evening. Parking was easy! The beach was very quiet and not at all crowded. We had a wonderful quick vacation! ”
