“We were there for a wedding, and the location was perfect. I had stayed in the hotel in 1967, and it was old then. The renovations were outstanding, and the service and friendliness of the staff were wonderful. Loved all the decorations and beautiful flowers. We will return again someday. The only complaints we had was the parking, because it rained so hard, and there was no shelter while unloading. The staff went overboard to help us check-in. “I was disappointed that breakfast was not included in the price so we didn't eat on property. No restaurant on site but a bar grill and order style. HOWEVER, the outside sitting area was beautiful, quiet , somewhat secluded because we had a large crowd and could be loud at times so we were glad that no other guests were disturbed. The staff were EXCELLENT , professional, super helpful, always available.”

“I am boiling!!! We got woken up to someone trying to break into our room. No knock, no phone call. I had ALL the locks locked! Woke my husband up and he’s trying to look through the peep hole and he said “oh it’s just housekeeping”. He goes to the bathroom and they are still trying to get into our room. They finally knock and he answers the door and some man is standing with housekeeping and says “we have been trying to get into ur room”. My husband said yeah buddy we trying to sleep and……

“This is the 2nd time that I've book an IHG property and when I get there to check-in, they tell me they've sold out of the room type I reserved AND paid for! 2 Queen beds for me and my son! This time, I was there early enough to insist they accommodate my reservation. Not so lucky in Tallahassee last time. The front desk clerk mentioned it was because I booked third party - though Expedia would want to know. In addition, they do not have complementary breakfast.”
