Nice quiet community. Great spot for a team traveling like us to stay close together and walking distance to the beach and many attractions. More amenities for the kids would be a plus but very happy with our stay overall.

The actual unit was phenomenal, well stocked, clean and well laid out. The only reason I gave the unit 4 stars was because of the train tracks that sit right beside the unit and it runs several times throughout the night.

Beach stay

The property was clean and in a quiet neighborhood. Everything was a short distance from where we were staying. We loved that we could go out and visit and see the beach and be back without having to drive far.

The unit was spacious and clean. Close to the pool and entrance gate. Walking distance to the beach. I was a great price and close to everything we wanted. It was also super close to the very active railroad tracks. My only disappointment was the fenced in patio, it was covered in debris and was very musty, couldn’t enjoy it.

Very clean and nice

The property manager had excellent communication. There is a Dunkin’ Donuts , McDonald’s , Rouses Supermaket , and an ice cream spot within a miles drive which we found super convenient. The only thing that got me was the proximity to the railroad tracks. Otherwise absolute great stay, easy to find, close to the beach, and plenty to do around.

***WARNING DO NOT PAY THESE PRICES TO STAY HERE***1. When we arrived we cleaned the dishwasher, coffee pot, washer, and dryer before using. (If I had a mop I would have scrubbed floors too)2. When I wiped the counters my towel was filthy. So I decided to wipe the coffee table and end tables in the living room too. Also disgusting. 3. There’s a nail sticking out of the bottom of the kitchen counter by the bar stools. My son cut his foot. 4. The dishes in the cabinets were disgusting. Crusted food still on them!!!! The coffee pot was also slimy and gross. I contacted the host and they insisted the unit was thoroughly cleaned and inspected…5. The pictures are absolutely outdated. The unit is run down compared to the listing pictures. I would have never paid these prices to stay here. 6. The bunk beds were a joke. Dorm rooms have better mattresses than this. Bunk weight limit was 120lb. So beware if you have teens.7. The pool is extremely small and also run down. I was looking forward to spending time in the pool with my little ones and we couldn’t. Especially after witnessing two arrests at the pool. 8. The overall environment is NOT family friendly. We ended up leaving as soon as our ballgames were finished. When we had initially planned to stay an extra day to enjoy the pool and some family time. We couldn’t wait to load up and head home!!!

WARNING!! This property is NOT like it is described.

Property is NOT newly renovated. The pictures they have used are most likely when it was first built and staged. The picture of the washer/dryer is not even the same condo. The back patio was a mess and nothing like the pictures. It was NOT clean. I had to go to the local Walmart and purchase pots, pans, cups, paper plates/bowls, and plastic utensils because the pots and pans that were provided were so gross. The cookie sheets were rusted and dishes were put up dirty. The coffee maker still had water in it and a used coffee pod and was slimy. The side with the pot was missing the coffee pot. I messaged the host regarding the microwave and a beeping noise in the condo. It took her two days to respond but she was quick to send a list of things we could not do. There were wet towels left in the washing machine and when I used the washing machine it leaked water all over the floor. The bunk beds upstairs sounded like they were about to fall apart. There was a Cheeto stuck in the flower arrangement on the kitchen table and trash behind the night stands. The pillows on the couch had holes in them and stains on the couch. Not to mention there is a train track literally right behind the back fence. It comes by at all hours blowing the whistle in the middle of the night. It said there is a curfew but our neighbors partied until 2:30am keeping us awake. The pool looked nothing like the picture and is very small for that complex. I think this host makes fake reviews. BEWARE of booking!!
