"When asked about a local number to put on meituan the concierge did offer his personal number. It’s above and beyond, aside from that the staff at the counter greeted us warmly and made us feel very welcomed. The porch was grand, and so was the hotel lobby. Room was nice although the carpet was a little dirty. After visiting Conrad in Shanghai I do feel this is a much better hotel to be staying at! Thanks Conrad Beijing! Highly recommend! "

"Great hotel. Very clean and spacious room. Breakfast has a vast selection of food with everything clearly labelled. Neil Wang at the concierge was extremely helpful in helping us find things to do during our stay and organize transportation to and from The Great Wall of China. Highly recommend!"
