「We had to attend an event in Heerlen at 12pm and after flying from New York and driving for 2 hours we arrived at the hotel at 10am hoping to get the room early to freshen up and change. Of course with check in at 3pm this was a lot to ask. Both the concierge and the cleaning staff did a fantastic job accommodating us and had the room ready for us in record time.
