「I feel that my say at residhome was just ok. Reception was lovely and greeting was prompt. mattress and bedding were good. The room felt a bit like a hospital room, really bright white lights, bathroom shower gel was empty, toilet seat cover was broken. some stains ... It was convenient to stay there while visiting my daughter at university but would have preferred to stay at the Westin if it was not fully booked. too pricey for what it is.」

「The location of this room is amazing and it was nice and clean. Be prepared as it is very small which we were expecting. However the bed was very hard and uncomfortable and we were only provided one flat uncomfortable pillow for each of us. 「Very friendly staff helped us with the luggage. The room is comfortable and quiet with a large toilet.」

「We walked in and turned around and walked out, terrible odour, I wouldn’t sleep in that bed.」

「We booked a one bedroom suite with a sofa bed for 4 guests. Yet the room assigned was literally next to the cemetery with views of tombs and you could clearly see the names. We asked to move as our children were rather startled. The staff was helpful and moved us into two rooms as all one bedroom suite was full. Cleaniness needs to be improved. Room is spacious in French hotel room standards. Staff were all helpful and friendly. 」
